Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Seeing? some water go down the drain before leaving is good, but it is unfortunately no guarantee that the drain line is fully clearedI understand permanently solving a drain line problem can be tricky, and in our case ended up requiring further work than a temporary clearing of the lineHowever, even for the temporary measure of clearing out a problematic drain line, I'd expect the job to be done fully (have the line fully cleared when the job is finished) unless the business explicitly indicates otherwise As indicated originally, on the back of their invoice, they state: "We are responsible to back and fix the problem if the services not done properly." [sic] If a drain line were fully cleared (done properly), I do not believe it would have fully backed up again in less than a week (it had never backed up before; I strongly suspect the line was not fully cleared)Another area business will attempt to clear the line again without charge if the problem re-appears in a week; based on the language on the back of their invoice, I'd expect them to do the same(Multiple other business have told me asking the customer to pay twice for a drain cleaning in less than a week is bad business.) The business's response, apparently indicating the language on the back of the invoice only applies on a case-by-case basis, is not a satisfactory business practice, as the invoice language provides no such exceptions Sincerely, [redacted]

We really care about our customers and our company's reputationwe know that customer is valuable and they have
the right to complain or request some refund if they are not happy with the service but in this case; Our
technician offered them the solution to clear the line with snake and
mentioned in the invoice that there is no warranty on drain cleaningWe know that drain back up has problem which might gone with 1st attempt, might not resolvedBut we make sure that the drain works fine before we leave the propertyAnd if it backs up again really soon, it means that there is a big problem which needs to locate by the camera inspection which is another job and costCustomer called us week after the original job has been done and refused to have us for camera inspection with payIf he refers to back of our invoice about the warranty or our statement, but this all different case by caseI hope this would be enough to make it clearIf you need further question please feel free to contact us either phone or e-mail

mentioned in the invoice that there is no warranty on drain cleaning. We know that drain back up has problem which might gone with 1st attempt, might not resolved. But we make sure that the drain works fine before we leave the property. And if it backs up again really soon, it means that there is a big problem which needs to locate by the camera inspection which is another job and cost. Customer called us 1 week after the original job has been done and refused to have us for camera inspection with pay. If he refers to back of our invoice about the warranty or our statement, but this all different case by case. I hope this would be enough to make it clear.
