Thank  you for your response. Perhaps you never received the last 2 or 3 messages I left, but I did call several times after I made my last payment, and no one ever returned my call. It surprised me because you had all been very wonderful to work with to that point, even doing your best to fix the "mess" problems with insulation. APS did come out. I explained to the person the issues I was having. He said he was there to check to see if you did the work you said you were going to do; he did suggest I file a complaint with APS for the insulation that was -- and still does sometimes -- fall out of the attic. He was specifically concerned with the pile of insulation on my water heater (he was concerned with it getting into the tank).
My concern isn't so much whether the work done is the work the contract said you would perform. My concern is whether the work done was the right work to do. The auditors assured me my home would be more comfortable. It is simply the opposite of that. I am awake at 2am right now because I wake at this time most nights too hot to sleep. There are rooms in my house incredibly hotter than others. Yes, I have had to turn the thermostat down because the temperature I used to keep the house at is not bearable anymore. a shade screen was installed.
Thank you for clarifying the exact amount spent on the work. I did not have my paperwork with me when I filed the complaint, and I apologize for getting the amount wrong. I know the work was completed. Again, my concern is that the work completed has not accomplished what was stated it would. I would really like to come to a solution for this. Thank you so very much.

Thank for your your review. I have not heard from you in months but always returned your calls. Last we spoke we agreed to send APS out to check our work and verify it was done correctly. The good thing about the APS program is the quality controls that are built into the program. To my surprise,...

APS gave us a perfect score for the quality of the work which is saying a lot. Our documents show your duct leakage was reduced significantly down to below 1% leakage from more than 14% initially. The insulation was increased from an 4" initially to 14".  I reviewed the initial audit data and past conversations we had and you told me that your bill did initially drop after the work was done but that you also lowered the thermostat by several degrees! That would seem like a success! We did note the home still needs shade screens and to replace the 17 year old AC system, but our work was done correctly. I'm sorry you feel you did not get the value you paid $2520 for but if the thermostat is lowered even with more insulation and ductwork sealing your bill will likely increase.

APS actually kicks contractors out of the program for recommending things that homeowners do not need like radiant barrier, KVAR units or reflective paint. Our recommendations came directly from the results of your energy audit and test.  If your home was in good shape, we tell you that and never recommend upgrades you don't need. It is not possible that the work done could not have helped, the attic had 4" of insulation to start with and now it has 14", the ductwork was sealed to almost zero leakage from having major leaks before. All the work was verified by APS. It is possible you need to replace the old HVAC system still and have it done right for airflow because it sounds like you are having an airflow issue. I would be happy to have our foreman come out to take a look and give you some options. Our crew worked hard in your tight attic last summer and the work was verified by APS as correct. I can offer a refund of all my profit from your job of $400, or I can give you the credit towards purchasing a new HVAC system. The materials and labor has already been done on your home and there is no way we can take it back and nothing wrong was done on your home other than having an old HVAC system which we are getting blamed for.

The only time we were allowed access to the house she forced us to leave after 30 minutes and we could not even check if the registers were sealed from the attic instead of from inside the house.  She lives in a gated community so I cannot go to her home to speak with her...

directly and I have tried contacting her through her work email which I tracked down, but she never responded to.  She repeatedly was yelling at my employees and forced them to leave for no reason. The air handler service door was sealed as per our contract because there was significant leakage and it does not cause major damage through the house.  She has filed a complaint with the [redacted] which is being dismissed because she has not responded to my requests by phone, emails or letter to attempt to fix any of the disputed claims.  If I can’t get a hold of her there is no way for me to try to come to a resolution or fix the problem!  I filed a lien on the home because she has not paid the remaining balance and will not let us finish our job.  She hired her own contractors to do the repairs she thought were necessary without consulting us first or attempting to work with us to find a solution.  I repeatedly told her I was willing to give a refund of the remaining balance due and fix any issues that were done wrong but she refused and would not let us back in the home, refused to have further contact with us and went to hire her own contractors and file these claims.  As of 5-7-15 I have spoken to Wendy and we have come to a resolution and she has agreed to remove the Revdex.com complaint.

I recently had an energy audit done by Green ID. I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with everyone at this company! The audit was thorough and done professionally. The auditor took many pictures to show what improvements need to be done, and had a printed report to show the the results of his findings. He took the time to explain everything. I need several upgrades to my home and though they all need to be done I chose to start with sunscreens. The gentleman who installed my sun screens was on time, professional and I found out had been installing screens for 30 years, in the valley. The screens look amazing. This has been a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this company.

These guys were honest and did great work. Dave, the owner, is a great guy and helped us every step of the way. The initial cost to do the work for "going green" is expensive regardless of the company, but after three months I can tell you it's totally worth it. My electricity bill for July was literally cut in half! If you decide to get a Green Audit through SRP you should use Green ID.

The Green ID team did a good job for me. I chose them as a listed contractor used by APS for Home Energy Assessments. I purchased my home a year ago and did not know much about the history of the house. I hoped the audit would point out areas where I could make improvements.

The overall audit did not come up with a huge annual savings for me, but the work done did greatly improve the comfort of the house. Besides additional insulation and sealing the duct work, they installed a radiant barrier along the roof slope and along the walls. Green ID also balanced the airflow in my home making the rooms that were warmer much more comfortable.

The Green ID crew were very polite and I hardly knew they were there. They cleaned up their mess each day (a two day job) and did a good job of sweeping up debris from their work. The crew was very good in trying to not inconvenience me.

My only "complaint' is I was told by the salesperson that the crew would be there at 6:30 a.m. to get an early start on the job before it gets too hot. The person who called to remind me of the appointment gave me a different time. I told her what I was told originally. Bottom line is I got up hours earlier in order to be ready for them when they did show up, which turned out to be 9:00 a.m.

I recently had a considerable amount of HVAC related work done on a new to me home, by Green Integrated Design. I found them after wanting to get an energy audit performed to get an understanding where my home was under performing. Quite a few things were pointed out, along with an extrapolation of potential savings if I were to have them addressed. I was extremely happy with the level of time and detail put forth by the auditor, Pete. After getting bids from a number of companies, the level of service I got from Pete was a significant contributing factor to why I chose to have Green ID carry out the work. The crew was very professional including taking time to answer my questions during the installation. Pete and the owner David even came by job site to review the work. David himself performed a final review and blower door test once everything was completed. I am very happy with the work performed by Green ID.

We had a very positive experience with this company. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional and courteous. After having new insulation installed in our attic and all ducks sealed, our next Aps bill was 100.00$ less than expected. Very nice surprise!

Green ID performed a very thorough energy audit and provided a detailed explanation of the problems discovered. They clearly priced all the recommended repairs and informed me of the available rebates.

The work team was very professional. They arrived on time and worked diligently. The cleaned up after themselves and left me with a cooler house.

Review: I hired this company to perform a duct seal, insulate a wall and provide new grills on air handlers. They wrote a contract to perform such services. They did not seal 14 air registers, overfilled blown in insulation causing major bowing of my wall, tore insulation off of ducting in attic where they performed seal p[redacted]ess in numerous places and did not replace torn insulation. Sealed air handler service doors and caused numerous damage through out the house during this p[redacted]ess. After numerous attempts to repair the wall and trying to get them to complete the job over two months we hired an entirely different contractor to fix damage and complete the job at our additional expense. The contractor now says he completed the job and is attempting to file a fraudulent lien on my home.Desired Settlement: I also desire to be paid back for over $1700 in damages to my home and cease and desist in filing a fraudulent lien on my home.

Green ID came out this morning to install additiona insulation and seal my ductwork. What a group of professionsl, hardworking guys. I couldn't afford a tip for them all but I sure would like to recommend this company. So, instead of buying an air conditioner I didn't need, I used Green ID to audit my home and make recommendations. So glad I did, and I get a rebate from APS too for the work! Go green everyone, reduce your footprint and reap the benefits.

Historically, when I have heard of businesses that do this type of service, I have been skeptical that they would not really provide promised benefits. However, in working with this company, they have a very straight forward method of measuring the home and to generate baseline metric data, then suggesting/making improvements, and finally re-measuring. As an engineer, this made complete sense to me. From a cost/benefit perspective, they made a great case for me to get some improvements done to my insulation, duct system, and air conditioner intake.

Beyond the measurements, I am now also benefiting from some more intangible effects of getting this work done. My home "feels" more comfortable due to a very consistent temperature throughout. Additionally, the air conditioner runs much less, so it feels much more quiet/peaceful. When running, the A/C is not making much noise either. I used to notice it kicking on when watching TV, etc. but it is not there anymore.

Finally, overall, the people involved in the process were extremely professional and knew their business. I never felt like I was being misled or trying to be sold on something. (I turned down many of the potential improvements, by the way, as I didn't think the return on investment would justify it).

This company is absolutely wonderful in terms of both workmanship and customer service. The owner and his entire team is extremely professional, courteous and go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

I had attic insulation done by Green ID. Very happy with the job and pricing

Met at the home show. Needed a estimate on possible insulation. Tried pushing home energy audit. Explained I was not ready for the audit at this time but needed to address the insulation. Received a call from his office asking if they can email and estimate on the insulation. I asked how could he email and estimate as they have never been to my house. He explained he would look at an aerial and the sq ft of the house for pricing. I question how he would know what I needed. He said he just assumed. At this time I explained I preferred to deal with a company that is engaged and not just willing to send an email without viewing our property and our need.
