He offered me credit of $3 for the second shirt which was not worked on.My contention is that I paid for a services of stain removing. If the other party can's get rid of the stain, the work is not completed. Customer should be refunded/compensated.However, I am ready to forget about about $6. Review: In a local advertising coupon mailer was an advertisement with a coupon for Green Island Cleaners, $1, no limit, Laundered Shirts on Hanger. I brought 4 cotton shirts in. I was told that 2 of them did not qualify because not button down. The other 2, cotton button down - size small/ 6 womens) could not be cleaned because they were to small for their press. There were no such stipulations in their advertisement. These were womens shirts, not childrens.Desired Settlement: I would like to see the business held accountable for their false advertising. They should clean the shirts for a $1 each as advertised. I feel that they are discriminating against me because I am a small sized, woman.

Review: I had given 2 polo shirts for dry cleaning. It had stains/spots that I wanted removed. I specifically told the attendant on 06/**/15 at 3.26 pm that only reason I am giving you this for dry cleaning is to have stains removed. The attendant told me that they `will work on it to remove it'. Yesterday, I went to pick them up and the other attendant told me that those stains can't me removed. So I asked him to issue me credit for the charges already paid.

I explained him my conversation with the other person. I asked him if you can't remove the stains why to charge? The stain removal services aren't done. I paid them to remove the stains.Desired Settlement: Credit my account with $6 credit.
