Review: I purchased a massage Groupon For[redacted] and I made an appointment. Apparently, she is really super busy and the appointment had to be made for at least 2 weeks out. I booked my appointment for January 28 at 10am and drove all the way from Van Nuys. Sharon came highly recommended and I was willing to go out of my way for exceptional recommended service. However, when I arrive at 9:50am, the doors were locked and no one was there.I waited outside the office for "1 hour." I called and left two voicemails and one text; all of which went unreturned. As I was getting ready to leave, I called one more time and got a hold of Sharon, who had informed me that she had totally forgot about my appointment and said that if I was willing to wait outside of her office for at least another hour, she would come right down. However, I did not have an hour+ more to wait for her...I had already been waiting an hour at that time.[redacted]promised to refund my money, if I provided her my address; which I did, but no refund has ever come in the mail.Desired Settlement: I am out my time that I spent driving to an appointment that [redacted] dropped the ball on. I am out my gas money as well, and I am out the money I spent for the voucher. I bill my clients out at $50 an hour and I have lost exactly 3.5 hours for this massage, plus the price of the voucher ($19), plus my gas ($13) = $207
