Review: I have left several message for Will regarding my case, and he refuses to return my call.
This office has failed to make contact with my mortgage company as requested, and they ([redacted]) won't speak to me because this office has not sent an authorization for them to speak with me.
I have been in this process with this office for over three years, and it still has not been resolved.
Most recently, I provided documentation in January or February of this year for a loan mortification w/ this agency for the third time. Again, the mortgage company has not received any documentation.Desired Settlement: An explanation as to why the case has not moved forward, and immediate action taken w/ the mortgage company to complete the medication process.
