Billed for services after cancellation
I contacted *** July 27 to cancel services eff July 31. He said ok; last bill would be Aug 1 for July. My credit card was charged for Sept.
I have contacted every number and email I have with no response. My card has been charged under the business of Integrity Lawn. I have also found another site with ***'s number - McWane Landscapes (mcwaneland.com) and have submitted a request there as well for the refund.
Service started fine in second half of 2016, but since 2017 it has been horrible which is why I decided to end services. My biggest issue was horrible communication followed by barely half way decent service.
I want my credit card refunded for the Sept. charge and no further charges to be made.
I want the amount I was charged for Sept; $140.00, to be refunded and charges to cease.
Complaint can be closed. I was refunded my $140.00. Thank you.
We have been having some major drainage issues around our house since we bought it in 2015. We saved up and got several quotes and ideas for resolving the issue and decided to go with Green Keepers since the seemed so responsive and interested in future projects. They were able to start the job quickly and completed the work (attaching downspouts to a drainage system in the side yard and adding drainage to the back yard) within a few days. They did not extend the back yard drain out as far as planned because of roots, but the landscaper in charge (***?) assured us that they would come out and extend it if we still had issues. After a few heavy rains we noticed that the drainage system in the back did not seem to be doing much of anything. The standing water issue in the back yard has gotten worse since they installed the "drainage system" and a pipe in the front side yard seems to have become disconnected. This is all within a few months of installation. We have tried to reach out to Green Keepers to have them come out and look at what is going on but they do not answer the phone and have not answered any of our phone messages or emails. I honestly feel like we were scammed out of 2,600 ( a lot of money for us) at this point and left with a bigger mess to try to clean up.
