Review: I have a month-to-month subscription with this company for my daughter. I have been charged for two months without receiving boxes. I have requested a refund with my cancellation. They refuse to issue me a refund. I did not receive the product when it was promised, therefore, I do not want it. I would like my money back. Instead they keep insisting on credits with their company. This doesn't work for me as I no longer wish to do any business with this company. I have two charges on my card for 19.99, no product for those wants, and I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of for the months of October and November as I did not receive the products when I was supposed to.

Regarding the Revdex.com complaint id: [redacted] against Green Kid Crafts, as you can see we responded to this customer's concerns immediately, and multiple times, on 11/15/13 and 11/16/13.

Review: I ordered 3 months of green kid crafts from this company in JANUARY of this year and have already gotten those 3 boxes that I paid for in JANUARY but I never ordered another subscription and have tried to call them at [redacted] and it's disconnected and also emailed them 3 times (first time on 4/21/2015) and no response from them to give me a chance to cancel this. I did not authorize another 3 months to be taken off my credit card. They have since charged my credit card again for another $59.85 when I have tried to get in contact and cancel this. They billed me on 4/22/2015 and I had already emailed and tried calling before that date. Their phone is disconnected and they offer no other way to contact them on their website other than email which they also do not respond to. Please call their phone number and you will see that it is currently disconnected. I found this phone number on my credit card bill or else I never would have known how to get in touch with them. I want a refund for the amount they have billed me for and I want them to stop charging me when I have no way of contacting them to cancel this. This is illegal and unethical.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for 59.85 that they recently billed me for and that I did NOT authorize because I had been already trying to get in contact with them and they have no way to contact them. This is not my fault. I also want them to erase me from their billing system and never bill me again.
