Business responded to complaint.I'm speaking for the issue on behalf of the Green Lake Chinese Restaurant on Richmond StreetWe've recieved the Revdex.com letter from you and I've looked over the customer's statement problemAccording to ***; customer with the issue, there was a piece of metal wire found in the chinese food she orderedThe cost of the issue item is and overall she ordered totalAfterward, we offered her $and that is the limit we could refund to that orderBut she refuses, she wanted the whole order to be refunded after eating almost more than half of the foodWe couldn't do that for herThe letter indicates that we needed to respond within daysLooking forward to hear from youThanks for your time

Update from consumer: not resolved infact the owner charged her card twenty dollars without authorizing I was hoping she would send you the info as it is in her hands Yours in Christ service, [redacted] Ephesians 4:Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other,just as in Christ God forgave you

Business sent the following response:I recieved the second letter from Revdex.com 10/12/regarding to the response that the consumer haveAccording to the owner, he said at least half of the food was eaten when he got thereThe owner ask for a glance of the other foodAnd they couldn't do itThrough the phone, she said after almost finishing theIR lunch she found the last meal with the metal in it but in the statement this is not what she put downAnd with the words of [redacted] , he said [redacted] account was charged additional twenty dollars and police report was made about something against her will? I need him to clarify this statementI'm not understanding what is he talking aboutFinally, we do not want to deal with it anymoreMy last offer is to go halfway thereI could offer $to close the matterIf not we will persistComplaint ID [redacted]

first of all I did not eat any but one bite of the food. half the food is incorrect. a refund is necessary to end this issue . no one could eat after seeing the metalit was thrown out and this establishment needs to be investigated. I was also told that *** account was charged additional twenty dollars and police report was made as this owner charged her against her wishes she will be in contact as well

found in the chinese food she ordered. The cost of the issue item is 4.50 and overall she ordered 27.20 total. Afterward, we offered her $10 and that is the limit we could refund to that order. But she refuses, she wanted the whole order to be refunded after eating almost more than half of the food. We couldn't do that for her. The letter indicates that we needed to respond within 7 days.
