[redacted].  I would recommend addressing the final notice to the owner: John C[redacted], President, [redacted], LLC.  The address would remain the same.  He is the actual owner and principal.  The rest of the people are lower level employees.

Review: I was at the Green Lantern on the evening of August 20, 2014. I was talking to a friend at the bar and raised my hand to signal the bartender for another drink. The bartender (who is also the bar manager) then told me that I was drunk and out of control and that I the other bartenders all complain about me. He then told me I was cut off, threw my money back at me and told me to leave. I was not drunk and was not out of control. This is the second time this person has done something like this to me. The last time, he told me that he was the only bartender left there who was willing to wait on me. On both occasions he was lying and I believe he was looking for an excuse to do it because he does not like me. I emailed the green lantern that night to complain about his conduct towards me. The assistant manager responded that he was looking into the matter and either he or the owner would call me if they had questions. I went back on August 24, 2014, I went back and was told by one of the bartenders, that the manager and assistant manager had me banned for 3 months. I believe it is illegal to throw someone out and ban them for 3 months for no valid reason. No rational person would think raising your hand to signal for a drink is inappropriate. To date, they have refused to provide me with the contact information for the owner. I don't trust either of them to forward all of my emails to the owner. I have attached the entire email chain from this last incident. I have been a good customer for several years and I never did anything to justify being treated this way by someone who is simply a bully.Desired Settlement: I would like confirmation that the actual owner sees this complaint and the attached emails. I would also like the owner to have my 3 month ban lifted. I do not plan on going back but I feel it is degrading to know that my name is on a banned list for every employee at the Green Lantern to see.
