had are lawn mower for about months to only spend and lawn mower not fixed right don't know what is wrong with it or how long they are gong to havePlus they leave your mowed outside in the rain, are lawn mower is rusted and we never kept outside

Newark Mower picked up our snow blower on Jan 18th, the same day we called We have never received a call from Newark Mower to let us know where the repair stands but we initiated several calls to inquire what was wrong with snow blower and how soon it would be repaired and back to us I heard various comments from Don saying "we till try to get it back in a couple of days", it needs "parts to be ordered and come in a few days", and never did Don call to keep us abreast of the information I wrote an email to Newark Mower and never a reply Customer Service and communication has been very poor We called Don a couple of times in the afternoon and he never called us back......again but the secretary said "waiting for parts"We have let our friends and neighbors know that Newark Mower's integrity is not what we expected......by the way, last week when we called, Don said "someone quit on him" and he was backed up Never has a customer been ignored like we haveAt least be honest and tell the customer, before picking up equipment, how long people may have to wait We want our mower back unrepaired

Regarding Newark Mower’s response to my complaint #please find my response to their reply:
3/24/16. I initially called because my mower stopped running, but found thereafter that it was operator error as I forgot to disengage the blade driver before restarting. When I found this error I still elected to put the mower in for routine service. When picked up the driver drove the mover onto the truck
4/21/Again, not a problem that occurred while in my possession, yet I was still responsible for payment of the repair
4/29/16. Again, a problem occurred while in Newark Mower’s possession. I was informed the mower was in working condition at the shop and the problem occurred only when delivered to my home. The source of the problem, as they saw it, was only found when the transport rd broke, but I fail to understand how something as obvious as a broken bracket was not detected when I requested a thorough examination of my mower. Once again I had no real option but to pay for a repair that was not attributed to my use of the mower6/26/16. I did not give Newark Mower the opportunity to look at the mower again because they had three chances to get it right and failed to do so. I had to do without a mower for months and I have acres of land to maintain. I could not endure another lengthy delay and uncertain quality of serviceThe previous repair is irrelevant because the problem was corrected. In fact I was not told about any transmission, frame or bracket issues in and these problems were not mentioned until the repair in 2016. Newark Mower is attempting to shift blame for their careless service to the ownerRegarding the choice of repair options, I was not told that the chosen option was not guaranteed. In fact, I was told it would work “just fine” and that the additional cost of the stabilizer was unnecessary. On the basis of this, I chose the less expensive optionAs originally stated, I do not feel I should be responsible for paying for repairs for problems that did not occur while in my possession and after I was assured times that the mower was in proper condition

This customer also did a Credit Card Dispute which we let go even though we do not agree with the customer’s opinion.  So the customer will be getting a full refund through his credit card company.    [redacted] Newark Mower Center
