Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,prior to the new management took over the complex we all had meters for our water but the new mamagement took out the meres sayinh that they were not working right thats funny for 9 years before they took over the meters were workinfok. but for some reason the new management came and said they were not working  the way they fig out the water bill for each apt is that they take all the 1 b/r apts  and the sq. ft and devide the amount of water by the number of 1 b/r 825 sq ft and they come up with the amount they pay this is wrong  this is there own way of fig. it out and then they send the bill to the water company I say this you have people like my self that uses very little water and I can show you what I was paying before they took over I have 2 years of back copies of water bill that I rec from the water company I was pay $13 to 15.00 a month but this new way the fig it out my ball hajump up to $26/ 29.00  this not fair to people who uses little water and some one who takes 2 showeres a dy for a week you never can get a straight and from the manager always some form of excusesesit would of been much easier to fix ? the not working metere and every one would be happy in which they are not right now
