Green Leaf Tree and Stump Removal

I advise anyone who needs a tree removed pass *** company by, they are out to make money and that's not caring about the serve they provide They were only one of the tree companies that I could get a hold of after hurricane *** and all I had was a tree leaning on the side of my houseThis was my rental property and it did had some damage on the side but not muchGreen Leaf told me that they would do everything to not make anymore damage as they remove the tree but boy did they lie about thatThey used a cherry picker to get to the top of the tree that was over my house and they just started cutting the tree so that it would fall onto my roof and then to the groundThis caused major damage to my roof and they even let parts of the tree fall onto my A/C unit damaging itRight now I am unable to put any tenants in the house and the adjuster who came out to look at the damages said "these were is who did this" My insurance company is going to take care of fixing my property and they are also going after Green Leaf for their negligenceThey also left the stump and told me that they would return to remove it and it has now been weeks and they still have not removed itAt this time, I have used different phones to call and they will not answer

Hired to split wood, was paid, never started the job.In Feb. 2014 phone Green leaf tree and stump removal for fire wood delivery. while they delivered the wood a verbal agreement was made with [redacted], the owner of Green Leaf to have one of his people return and spit wood that I had on my property. He was paid Cash in advance. Over the next few weeks and then months. between phone calls and texts he continuously made excuses as to why he or his people could not show up. On April 16 he text me with a promise to come by and give me a refund. on May 5th was his final text to me with yet another promise to give me a refund. That to never happened. Then he stopped taking my calls or returning my texts. I drove out to the address listed with the Revdex.com, only to find the house was for sale and the neighbors hadn't seen anyone there "for some time"Desired SettlementI would like a refund of the $50.00 and have his business practices looked into. As well I would like people to know about his business practices so they can avoid using his business.

Elderly clients signed contract not being disclosed of a $150 fee if the contract was cancelled. Clients rushed into signing and was not explainedclients are 88 and 886 years old - both on medication and daughter is POA - they had several tree removal services come to their home for estimates only - Green Tree Leaf Stump removal @ [redacted] (serving multiple areas) came for an estimate and had elderly client sign a contract without them understanding that there would be a $150 fee charged for breaking the contract (contact work estimate was $185) While they were at a doctors appointment (3) days prior to the date of tree removal on contract, another tree service came and removed the tree. They immediately called the Green Tree Leaf Stump removal service (3) days prior to the date the work would of been done. The contact person at their number XXX-XXX-XXXX was rude and unprofessional and said they would have to pay the broken contract fee regardless of the error that occurred even though they had done NO work they do not come out and do free estimates and they would still have pay $150 for braking the contract. The other tree service wants $250.00 for their services. The clients are Both elderly and on medication and were confused. They reached out immediately to the Green Tree Leaf Stump Removal contact number to explain but they were not receptive to any explanations, rude, unprofessional. I (their daughter and POA) called the service to explain further and received the same reaction. The business phone number where we first left a message and were unsure if the number was correct stated that they were not currently available and to leave a message and "if this is you [redacted], I love you". I felt this was most unprofessional as well. Desired Settlementto waive the fee for breaking a contract based on their age and confusion, lack of disclosure of fee in contract and being rushed to sign the contract at the time of the estimate without being able to discuss with a caregiver.
