This information is not accurate I never purchased a car from [redacted] she wasn't even employed there when I purchased the carI don't know who she isI didn't drive the car like that so I know there wasn't miles put on the car and if they repo the car months later how did they come up with in the first monthMr [redacted] never contacted me about making no arrangements on the vehicle he was never available to speak toAfter I purchased the car from him I dealt with [redacted] (***) the whole timeIf my car was financed through the bank then why was I even dealing with the car lotI never spoke to anyone from the bankAfter I purchased the car I had an appt with [redacted] who ran a diagnostic on the vehicle and it was things wrong with the car that I didn't put on thereMr [redacted] as my bill of sale he kept it with the car when they repo'd it [redacted] refused to give me my paperwork

Complainant [redacted] did not follow her obligations of her loan signed on February 20, 2014.
Complainants first payment for the loan was scheduled on March 13, 2014, at this time no payment
was made or payment arrangements made to bring account current. We reach out to client to...

arrange on late payment, with no respond. On March 28, 2014 the vehicle purchased had the
insurance lapsed, with no coverage, then on April 7, 2014 the number provided on loan document was
disconnect.
Complainant did not make any attemp to make arrangement or to keep her obligation on the loan for
the 2006 Dodge Charger. On April 20, 2014 the vehicle was repossesed. The 2006 Dodge Charge was
return with $900. worth of damge on the vehicle and over 5300 miles put on the vehicle in a month
time.
At this time we feel the client is not owed the $2500 down payment because of the damages, wear and
tear, and excessive mileage placed on the 2006 Dodge Charger.
