Dear Revdex.com, I am responding to the complaint filed by *** *** came to our dealership and wanted to purchase the *** It was in great shape for a vehicleShe told me she was interested in buying it, but wanted two small rust spots to be fixedAt first I told her no, the
price was as is and the rust spots would not be repaired We eventually came to an agreement that she would leave a deposit of $for the car and I’d repair the rust spots. We did the rust spots and it came out greatShe brought it to a mechanic to have it checked outHer mechanic said it was sound and in great shapeAs for ***, it showed it was in minor accident, nothing seriousBecause of this she wanted more money taken off, we agreed to take an additional $off. From the day she came in and gave us the deposit, till the day she said she didn’t want it was weeksI don’t feel she is entitled to the $backThat was weeks the car was off the marketI had many potential buyers look at it and I told them it was already soldI would not have done the rust work if she wasn’t going to buy itWe had an agreement and she broke it.Thank you, ***

We have refunded *** $

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below*** is correct in that I wanted to have a couple of rusted areas repaired but he did not ever state that the car was being sold "as is". I have a witness to the whole transaction as my friend was there when I went to see the car. It was noted right from the beginning that I wouldn't even consider the car unless the rust issue was attended to....*** then agreed to fix itWhat I am surprised at is that *** never explained in his response to the Revdex.com, why the vehicle had more miles than what was listed on the purchase orderHe also had assured me that the vehicle was NEVER in an accident and when he finally produced the *** *** that I waited almost weeks for him to produce on the day of expected delivery....it stated that there was a reported accident on the ***. This is pure evidence of deception and unethical practices and I didn't want to do business with this company. I did make a follow call on Monday May 2, and spoke with the owner of the business and he stated that I would have a refund by the end of this week and would call me when it was available.....we shall see
Regards,
*** ***

In respond to Ms *** I was the manager that helped her We have been nothing but nice to her and tried to make her used car experience easy I have no reason not to call her back It is a year old vehicle First time she called us about anything we took care of her right away as she also
said When she left there was no issues with the vehicle She test drove it and took delivery for weeks The second time she called she only mentioned a light that came on the dash and we told her that there is a $deductible which she didn't like and after the call I never heard from her I did not charge her the first time I have called her and left a message that I know nothing about her claims and she can call me but she still has to pay the deductible I will be waiting to hear back from her .Thank you

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Hello, I rejected his message because some of his claim are untrue and I can provide phone records if necessary. I have read, and reread our agreement contract and cannot find anywhere on there that says a 100$ down payment would be necessary to fix any issues with the car, but what I did find was that in the first week after purchasing he would be responsible for repairs for free. I would like to provide a timeline of events for you to see why I am asking him to fix the issues or give me a refund. I did not want to file a complaint but he gave me no choice. Whether a car is 14 or 100 years old, if you are going to sell it as a dealer especially you should make sure common necessities are in working order. If that was the case he could have avoided this issue. I bought the car on march 30 2017 and requested that he fix the breaks (which he only did the front). I was able to pick it up on April 4. I brought the car back on April 6 for window and lock as stated in initial complaint. I was able to pick the car up on April 8 and within 5 miles of leaving the engine light came on the dash. I called him when he opened which was around 10 am on that day and informed him about the light. He told me to get it checked locally and then if it wasn't something small like the gas cap being loose to bring the car back. I called him the following tuesday to inform him of the issue and was told he wasn't there and left a message. When I got no returned call I called back again on thursday. This is when the same women told me he wasn't there and when I brought up the issue he started yelling across his office that I would have to pay a deductible and that he would just turn off the light. I did not wait 2 weeks like he claimed in the message he responded with. That is when I filed my complaint. I do realize that the engine light went on a day or 2 after my 7 day period, but as we can assume that if I hadn't had to bring the car back there and have it sit there for 2 days, it would have happened with the 7 day period. To resolve this issue I would like him to fix the breaks and engine light problem CORRECTLY.

My name is [redacted]. I was trying to response to complaint but some how it...

would not let me. The Man is  a liar I had people with me and he said your deposit is refundable. We can pull up the phone records. It was him who took a month. we went back and forth for a week if 2 weeks. I guess that what you can expect from a bad person. He told me my payments was 175.00 and when the bank send the bill it was for over 200.00 dollars. This man is a con artist. I saved all my emails and lets pull up phone records. I will even bring my mechanic out to. All the lies he told me. That car had Brake lights on, Airbag lights on , Check engine lights. The sticker was up in a matter of days. This is how he treats single moms trying to raise her kid but God sees everything and I will put into Gods hands.

Hello . Her accusations are totally made up . She came in looking for help to get a loan for a vehicle. After one month of working with her . I got her a loan and did everything she asked us to do. We even drove the car to her one hour away. After she signed all contracts and the vehicle was registered and all taxes and fees paid to the state. She decided to make up a story about the car. The car is in mint condition 59000 miles looks like new . She realised it's not the car she wants so she made up stories to bring it back. I did not have to take. If not for me she would have a repossssion on her credit now. We can sue her fraud for what she did and the lies she made up to get out of the loan.  I simply took it back cause neither me or the bank want to sell cars to customers like that. Everything is made up . I have proof of it all . The money she put down went to state taxes and registration fees. She has to contact the state for that. They have her money we don't . God help the next person to sell her a car.  She will make their life miserable. We jumped through hoops for her and at the end this is what we get.  Good luck with your search for a car but I suggest you stop what your doing before you get sued for fraud [redacted] . The bank and I could have forced her to keep the loan but neither party needs her headache. This is someone No one wants to ever deal with . The customer from

we don't have her taxes the state does . very simple . We don't owe her anything . Her receipt is from the state for taxes . It has nothing to do with green light auto . here is no case here . she bought a a car and registered it in her name . She fully owned it . If she wants her state sales tax back she has to go to the registry for that . hank you
