We used Green Light Limo service for the first time for a party of to [redacted] and return to [redacted] We couldn't have been more pleased with the drivers, service or vans provided for us I highly recommend them

I would like to refute the complaint made against Green Light Limousine Service IncThe complainant stated he was substantially overcharged for the service we provided from *** *** ** *** ***to *** **on 3/20/ This is in fact not
the casePlease see the attached documentIn it you will find quotes from four different limousine companies, two located in the Boston area, and two located in the state of Connecticut.
Your complainant states the normal/ average price he has paid for this itinerary previously is $We have never serviced this client with this itinerary before, so I don't know where he can make that statement As you can see from the attachment, this is clearly not the case, as all four quotes are above $for this itinerary.
Our charges for the trip that were taken were $386.40, slightly higher than the four independent quotes we received from other limousine companies.
I also would ask to see a previous receipt from the complainant showing where he paid ANY limousine company $total for this tripI don't believe this can be produced by himAdditionally, the client claims he was not given the price in advance when his sons called to make the reservationOur inbound reservation center takes hundreds of reservations per dayUnless specifically asked for a rate, the reservation is accepted by the agent and pricing is not discussedThe email confirmation should have had the price on it, I am not sure why the complainant's email confirmation does not show the price of $ Our system shoes an email confirmation was sent with pricing informationHis assumption that we took advantage of his son who called in the reservation is preposterous, as that is the system generated rate for that itinerary.
As a show of good faith, Green Light Limousine Service, Incwould be willing to credit $back to the customer to be more in line with the other companies quotes that we obtained for the purpose of comparisonPlease forward this information to the complainant, and advise me if this would be acceptable to him, and in turn make him a satisfied customerSincerely,

In response to this complaint our driver was on location for the original reservation placed by the client for a pickup at JFK airport at 5:30am on 2/15/
We have printed out information from flight tracking websites and from *** *** showing that the
flight, *** *** #** arrived as scheduled at 5:29am
We have a printed parking slip from our driver who was on location for this pickup showing he was parked from 5:21am until 6:28am when he left the airport
All information available to our service and to our driver show that this flight arrived on time and as scheduled
Whether or not the passenger was not on this flight was not relayed information to us, therefore there was no way for us to know if the driver should stay for a different flight
We received a call from the client telling us there needed to be a pickup for this passenger after 8:00am
Our driver had already well left the airport and we then dispatched another driver for this pickup
Therefore because we had to send two different drivers for these trips the client would be charged for different trips

Green Light Limousine Service has been my company for all of my ground transportation needs I cannot say enough about the professional services I've received over the years From airport runs, to a NYC limousine tour, and even a 50th wedding anniversary and a bachelorette party, their professional and reliable office staff and chauffeurs, along with their clean, reliable and well kept vehicles, made each experience exceptional

Review: We hired this limousine service to pick up our son at JFK airport. We gave the service the correct flight number. The service did not check that the flight was late, and they left. When our son called to say no one had picked him up, I called the service and they said they waited and then left. Why didn't they check that the flight was delayed?I called and spoke to the owner, and you know what..he YELLED at me asking who is going to pay for the driver to return? I said that he cannot charge us.Well, he did. We want our money returned. We cannot pay $356.70.THIS IS AN OUTRAGE, AND HE DID NOT ASK US TO CHARGE THIS ON MY HUSBAND'S CARD. HOw can this happen?Our son was flying in because my husband's brother had died suddenly. We are grieving and this service charged us!/ HELP!Desired Settlement: We want a refund of $178.35
