Green Light Wireless

The reliability of the Green Light Wireless internet service is intermittent at best. In the month and a half that I have had the service, there have been two 24 hour outages. In addition, the connection speed varies considerably from moment to moment ranging from as low as 0.1 Mbps to 6 Mbps, with the average around 1 Mbps. The connection will regularly drop out for brief moments causing disconnects. The upload speed is even worse and rarely exceeds 0.3 Mbps. The worst aspect of Green Light Wireless is the complete lack of support. No matter what time of day you call, you will very rarely find someone answering the phones. More often than not, you will be prompted to leave a voicemail with your name, number, and email address. However, out of dozens of calls over the past month and a half I have no once had any of my voicemails returned. You also have the option of emailing their service support center, but I also have had none of my emails returned.
The last time that I called and someone answered (about 2 weeks ago) I was promised that someone would be sent out to service the connection, however, the connection did not improve and I never received follow-up communication. Since they would have needed to have been let onto the property, I highly doubt that anyone was actually sent.

Review: This comany came to my home to install the internet..when the tech arrived he could not install because he was unable to get a signal...he said that he could come at another time and I declined....I called Evan Stein and told him that I could not wait and that I needed my money back so that I could get the internet with another company...I have called numerous times spoke to him he hung up on me spoke to a female named Alexis she sent me an email saying that they will give me half back...I told her that it was not fair she sent me another email saying that she didnt think it was fair either and that she does not agree with the way Evan does business but unfortunately she has to go by what he says because she works for him...bottom line I have yet to recieve my money 59.90 for a service that they were unable to provide. I have been waiting since he came to my home on 12/20/14 they just flat out refuse to give my my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like all of my money back...they tried to say that they are only willing to give me half because they have to pay there tech...they never once told me that if they were not able to perform there duties that I would have to still come out of my pocket....there is no way that I would agree to pay for a service that may not work.
