Green Lighting LED is working hard to provide replacements for failed product to Mr*** *** and Hercules LED. The products he ordered were customized and so replacements do take significant time.

We are over a week past that promise date and we still do not have replacements. Also, our customer called stating that more lights are out. Being that this is for his showroom, he can no longer wait. We have decided to purchase 10 dimmable 4' 18w 4000k frosted tubes from another source to accommodate him. We are requesting a refund for the 10 defective tubes from Green Lighting LED and are still anticipating the replacements for the other products that failed.

Review: Green Lighting LED is not fulfilling their warranty obligations on products that Hercules LED has purchased from them. My company has had more product issues with them in the short time we've dealt with them than all other companies we deal with combined. We have given them multiple warranty issues on their products and they continue to make excuses to not replace the products. They offer a 5 year warranty and many products have been damaged upon delivery or faulty upon installation. Green Lighting LED states that the damaged products are the fault of the delivery carrier and they come up with numerous excuses regarding faulty products. Most recently, we sent in a warranty request for (3) USHC-T10-6FT-26W-ID 4' dimmable tubes over a month ago and are just now stating that they are questioning if the tubes are even theirs. We have sent them product codes and pictures but they continue to delay and make excuses. I informed Green Lighting LED that Hercules LED would not be doing business with them so their response is to be more negligent. We are only looking to satisfy our customers needs by replacing the products.

We also were also denied warranty replacements on the following items that we would like replaced.

(1) USHC-T10-6FT-26W-ID 6' 4K FROSTED TUBE (failed product 3 months after installation)

(1) ZY-T831W1800BINS 6' 5K CLEAR TUBE (arrived with broken pin)

(1) BL-T8-WINS26W1800 6' 4K FROSTED TUBE (failed upon installation)Desired Settlement: Hercules LED is requesting that Green Lighting LED stands behind their warranty and replaces products without excuses or delay tactics. We are attempting to make our customers happy and the only way we can do that is by them standing behind their products.
