Review: After the SuperStorm Sandy hit Coney Island, [redacted] I hired Green Line Construction and Remodeling, [redacted]. was the one who took my first payment of $4,100 and the second payment of $15,915 of the 75% of the $25,015, [redacted]. drove me to the bank located on [redacted] on December **; they started the repair on 12/**/2012, they demanded the last payment 0f $5,000 on December**, 2012 and [redacted]'s father drove me to the other bank branch located at[redacted], Brooklyn, NY to get the money. From the first day, [redacted] was saying he was going to give me the contract and then he said he was busy and his computer had problem.After the last payment, I demanded for the contract and [redacted] let me signed and gave me the contract. I told him before that he had over charged me and he said he would do the work of my basement and second floor and backyard; but after they got the last paymeht two days, the two workers left and the new ones did two days, some days no one came to work. They subcontracted to one worker for $400 and he worked more than one week and left, before he left, he changed the thermastat and caused my heat system was not working properly and I had no heat since February ** during the cold d. [redacted] came to ask me for the contract to change something, he took the contract and asked me to sign another one for more money, I refused to sign the new one, he took my contract and did not return my contract to me.All the electrical outlets are left open and my firealarm and the light fixtures are missing. No one came back to work since February **. I had asked several agencies to help me and I also called [redacted] several times and his father.They have not finished half the work. Their workers put my prosesions outside and let the criminals steal and damaged. They work with the criminals to victimize me.I had to pay other workers to do some of the work and bought the materials for them; other works are still not done.Desired Settlement: At first, [redacted] asked $12,000 to do the job, later I changed my mind about some job we agreed. He asked more than double the money, but the work they did is less than the job we first discussed for $12,000.Later they listened to the criminal to victimize me.Since they only did less than $12,000 we first agreed, they should refund my $13,000. My properties are missing and damaged, I have been suffering numerous disturbances, during the repairing, criminals put mice to my home many times and
