***DO NOT USE GREEN LINE RELOCATION SYSTEMS! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS***
When I Googled moving companies in Laurel, MD, the ad popped up as "MEN, HOURS $360.00" so I was immediately soldThe sales rep, Michelle, was super friendly so I felt confident to book the jobIt wasn't until the day of moving did everything turn into an experience from Hell!
When the guys arrived @ 8AM, Saturday October 22nd, they looked at our packed items and refused to take our cloths and shoes that were packed in garbage bagsThey said it was 'company policy.' Well, that would have been nice if Michelle advised that over the phone so our items would have been packed accordinglyThe movers offered to pack them in their boxes for $21/box but after boxes, our bill was adding upI've used several moving companies in the past and Never have they refused items in bagsSeeing our frustration, the mover, Manny, kept mouthing off saying "Call someone else, we don't care!" which was completely unprofessional! Obviously, moving is stressful and no one is going to stop in the middle of a move to call another companyManny, took apart my lamp and then decided it was too "fragile" to put in the truck and somehow lost the pieces to put the lamp together, so not only did my cloths and shoes not get moved, neither did my lamp and now I'm forced to buy a new one because my lamp cannot be reassembled
Upon arriving to our molocation @ 10am, the movers added an extra half hour charge to time, extra fuel charge and held our items hostage until we paidI argued that this job would not take more than hours totalThey said, "this is just an estimate, once we mark the correct completed time you can call billing to dispute and they will refund you the money back." Again, frustrated and exhausted from moving (mind you I'm months pregnant) and wanting to get this done, I gave them the ok and to my exact calculation, the movers were complete @ 11amI have called billing SEVERAL times and left messages for my refund and NO ONE returns my callsNot to mention, I am missing a box from my move
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!

Great company for a small amount off stuffI moved from Maryland to Chicago ILI thought it was too cheap but was the real rateA different company moved the mass of my furnitureThen I used green line relocation to move the final stuff given the minimum job priceI am very pleasedIt took less than a week to get my itemsThank you I would recommend this company to all my friends

On 07/30/2016 Green Line Relocation and Systems called my cellphone to advised the would deliver my belongings at 1:00pm PDT. They arrived and the driver immediately gets out the truck and states it will cost $300.00 to shuttle my belongings to my apartment.

He never asked where our apartment was located (Front or Back of Apt Complex)? How many feet?Just expected $300.00 in cash right away to deliver my things. My husband and I because upset because (Where is the customer service?)

The Office Manager (Green Line Relocation & Systems) advised me prior to requesting my belongings to find an apartment complex that accepts 53 Foot Trailers. We did, our complex accepts 53 Foot Trailers.

After 30 minutes the Driver agrees to walk with my Husband around our apartment complex to find the best point of entry (3 Ways to Enter the Complex). Our apartment complex Property Manager, Personnel and My Husband advised the best point of entry is the back/side gate.

The Driver drives the 53 Foot Trailer to the side gate and drives the truck through our complex making 3 out of 4 turns, the 4th turn he could not maneuver. He got out of the truck again and asked for $300 shuttle service payment for moving out belongings to our apartment. Yet the driver does not know how far away our apt is. He just wants $300 immediately. Per contract a "Long Haul" of 150 feet or less is only $75.00. My husband and I are willing to pay the "Long Haul" fee of $75.00 but definitely not $300.00 I advised the driver and the Owner of the company this company we are paying only $75.00 for Long Haul and they were not trying to abide with "Their" contract. The Owner over the phone kept stating he wants $300.00 or they will not deliver my belongings. So now the Owner is threatening us. By this time about 1.5-2 hours passed [redacted] not only does the Owner want $300.00 he wants an additional $75.00 due to "Waiting Time" fee. Per contract only the "Waiting Time" fee can be applied if this company had been waiting for my husband and I to show up at our place of residency. We have been there the whole time so they can not legally charge us a "Waiting Time" fee. However the Owner kept yelling over the phone he wants $375.00.

My husband and I are very upset now because we are being "Hustled" by this moving company. And they have take our belongings hostage. While my husband and I and the driver are standing outside yelling (everyone is yelling), I tell the Driver I'm going to the back of his 53 Foot Trailer to get a picture of the license plate and will call the police due to not abiding by their contract. While taking a picture of the License Plate the truck backed up into me hurting my right side. I specifically told the driver I am going to take a picture of the license plate however I get hit instead. I call the police. Police arrived literally 5 minutes later. Police questioned everyone and I advised them I'm going to the hospital after they leave. Story short police left, Moving company left and I went to the hospital.

The next day 07/31/2016 I call the Owner back around 9am PDT stating I went to the hospital. He was not accepting the fact his driver hit me. He also never apologized for how his Driver treated us. I also told him we still need our belongings and are willing to only pay $75.00 for a "Long Haul" and that its. He agreed.

Moral of the story. Stop trying to "Hustle" everyone and abide by your own contract.

This company has damaged our living room couch, bedroom dress or, and living room end table stand... We filed a insurance claim with this company and their Office Manager sent us an email stating "They Felt They Gave Us Too Many Discounts" ... What Discounts?

So again they are not honoring their contract. Will take this matter up legally.

My move went exactly as planned. The associates were easy to work with and confirmed with me for my move and the movers that arrived were so polite and worked very hard. They even finished my job in less time than estimated which saved me money and what's better than that. Great service, great price. I'd use them again and refer them to everyone.
