the customer complaint here at Green Lion Financial we strive to provide
excellent customer
service and are always here to listen to our client’s
concernsI received an email from the client on Wed 6/7/1:PM see
message below: upon receiving this message I responded back to the client both
my email and by phone but did not here backWe have no problem refunding funds
if services were not rendered or if customer is not satisfied with our level of
service we had provided we do require a cancelation letter to be faxed or
emailed to usI did receive the clients email but did not allow able time to
issue the refund and client proceeded to file a complaint with Revdex.com We
are still to honor this request for a refund and have processed a check to the
clientSee attachmentAs agreed by client to withdraw and NOT publish this
complaint on Revdex.com website once refund is issued this is a direct attack of Defamation
of Character in violation of civil codes and we will pursue with legal action
against involved parties if this complaint is published and or made visible to
the publicAs mentioned before client did not communicate with us and did not
return any of our calls and did not allow any time from when her email was sent
and when the complaint was filled to resolve this issue. Thank

with approved results by all parties involved. Please
