Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by Green Living Property Services in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I would like to clarify a number of inaccuracies stated.  I have documented all communications with Andrew W[redacted] and Green Living through this whole ordeal.  I had ZERO conversations with Andrew W[redacted] after August, 2014 even after numerous attempts and messages left by me to contact him asking him to contact me to get this work resolved.  I even left messages with his receptionist to have Andrew contact me for discussion to no avail.  The job site visit they did make in October was a complete surprise to me as again there was no communication.  I came home from work only to find grass seed planted around the patio area.  I actually thought another company that I was working with had planted the seed to finish this job.  There was never any quote for the grass seed and re-grade nor, again, was there ever any communication.  I paid a portion of the project in good faith and based on their comment in their response, should not have.  I would not pay full price in this case for work that was not satisfactorily completed.
The attached picture from Drew’s response from Green Living is completely taken out of context.  It was an email and not a text message and was sent on 7/28/14 by me.  This email from me was identifying remaining work, some of which was included in the original scope of work and some of which was not.  The grass seed and regrade was not included in the original scope or quote and, as with any work, I would expect a quote for this work before any decision or commitment is made to the work.  No quote was ever received by me.  This email that Green Living posted is also one example of many that shows the Green Living employees performing the work did not follow the original specification as outlined and agreed to by Andrew and myself.  There were constant mistakes made by Green Living to the point where my neighbor complained, and I also got a call from the [redacted] district complaining about materials placed in my cul-de-sac by Green Living and never removed (I had to have the materials removed).  Of course I tried to follow up with Green Living to get these issues resolved as any reasonable person would, but again, there was no communication.
The interactions (and lack of interactions) I had with Green Living and Andrew W[redacted] were extremely disappointing with too many to post in this forum.  I can only hope Green Living learns from this moving forward and makes a change to put service and customer satisfaction first and foremost in their business.  I will accept the settlement amount and require in writing from Green Living Property Services within 10 days of payment that this matter is closed with no further action.  Please send me a new invoice.  Settlement does not indicate an endorsement of accuracy to any statements from Andrew and Green Living Property Services, but rather a personal preference to remove the ongoing situation of letters/stress/time/unknown legal fees, etc.
Regards, [redacted]

February 18, 2015Dear Representative Revdex.com;
In reviewing the details of the customer complaint, we would like to oppose his cornments and state that we spoke with our customer several times and made extra trips to the job site to appease the customer. Obviously, he was satisfied with...

the work up to the 86%, or he would not have paid us the amount and wouldn’t have asked us to finish the project. But unfortunately, the end result was that the customer decided he was not satisfied.We have emails from the customer requesting the services in which he said he didn't request. Also, a picture was taken of the finished job and everything was complete. The project was built to the manufacturer [redacted] specks. During the project the customer continually nitpicked and made the installers tear out and redo multiple things. I also attached an email proving this. The email also disproves [redacted] claim that we performed work on his property that he did not approve. I also provided a picture showing that the work was completed and it was completed in acceptable manor.
We also have countless other emails voicemails and correspondents to prove this.
This customer is trying to get out of paying a bill and has no valid claim.
However our customer experience and service is important to us so we are willing to Settle for a balance of $980 which will allow us to the break even on the project. This will drop interest charges, fate fees, collection costs and court fees when we go that route. This will be the fast opportunity to negotiate this price. We will not accept anything under $980.
We have faith that the customer will be cooperative in this situation to avoid further action.
Sincerely,Andrew W

I am a tenant of a property that this business services. While they were mowing the lawn outside my apartment door I heard a loud bang on the door. When I went outside to see what it was there was a rock outside my door. Since the guy was mowing the lawn off to the left of my door I realized that the mower kicked up a rock and hit my door. I did not use my vehicle the entire day, and the only time I went outside was to see what the noise was. When my husband came home he noticed a dent on the back quarter panel of our vehicle (which is parked directly in front of out door). Also the rock that had been outside my door had disappeared. I contacted the management company of the apartment complex, who said Andrew would contact me. He never did so I called him. He insisted there was no way his employee and equipment caused that damage, but if it did it would have been worse then it was. He also came to see my vehicle AFTER I had sent pictures of the damage as he requested, but never told me he was there to look at my car, or mentioned that he would even be doing that. He said that he didn't believe that damage was done by a rock at all. He said that it looked like someone threw something out of the upstairs window, which IS actually impossible as that is my apartment. Upon having the insurance adjuster going over the damage he concluded it was a rock that hit my vehicle. I gave that information to Andrew, which he replied that the adjuster can't determine that (even though that's his job) and I still can't prove it was them, EVEN THOUGH I was home and heard the whole thing. Customers be aware that if you hire him, unless there is video proof OR you watch his employees the entire time HE WILL NOT take care of the damage caused by his company. Completely unprofessional and bad business practice!
