First we apologize for the long delay with the respond we received it only nowAbout charging the $that been charge by the tech its cause the tech was very close and almost thereWe do apologize that they needed to wait for long time, the tech was stuck in traffic and took him long time to arrive from different customer

I was quoted a price range of $- to re-key locks at my house, but as long as the locks were in good condition they said it would be $When the technician arrived he said he was told by his manager that it was a flat rate of $per lock (so a total of $110)So I talked to the manager again and now he said the technician said the locks were in bad shape so it would be $120, even though the technician had never even looked at or tested the locks and never said they were in bad shapeI told the technician this and how I'm being told two different stories that don't matchThe technician then tested the locks and said they were in good working conditionHe told his manager this but the manager still would not agree to the $price that I was quoted on the phoneVery disappointing experience

I tried reaching the customer back then to try and refund the money, she never answered and I left her a voice message. I also tried reaching her today to give her the refund we promised her but again she is not answering. Please call me or my partner Henry at ###-###-#### and we will take care of...

The locksmith service was not to [redacted] It was to [redacted] Minnetonka and I have video of the employee vehicle and performing the "service"
