I do not buy the maids sponges that would do damage to any surface like that and they use water and vinegar on the floors so to much water would have to be an over statement to do damage to floors, I am not the owner I am only a manager, the Complainant has put many words in my mouth witch I have never said!! Moving forward lets file the claim and put this behind us
