repair, the phone was determined to be non-repairable due to significant damage upon arrival. Green Mobile refunded the customer parts, labor, and shipping which is above and beyond store policy. Complaint should be closed/dismissed. It was resolved on the same day, 05/05/2015, as indicated in the documents attached. Phone is non-repairable because of damage upon arrival. Green Mobile is already out of their labor and completely absorbed the shipping cost of $25 for this customer. Thanks
