First off there was no one in my house to use itMy landlord is a corporation so I doubt it that they was thereThe water pressure was so low, how could the water be used? No the sprinkler system was not on!! I moved in on 10-12-I was unable to my water in house to shower until 10-14-I didn't use the waterI have read several complaints that is similiar to minesAs of now they say I have used and I have been in property less than a few days of a monthI have showered, bathed and washed several loads of clothesMe and my husband only used 2.0!! Something was wrong and I did not use that water!! I don't accept nothing from them other than a adjustment of my bill!! This company is trying to over me and have gotten over on others!! The plumber was there less than five minutes.

Dear Mrs***,Unfortunately, we cannot make an adjustment to your account because we received your request to start service under your name as of 9/25/and went to the property to take a read from the water meter to start of your read at and to turn on the water at the meterThe reads up to now have been corresponding and we understand because you were not living there until after 10/14/you did not use the water billed but there was thousand gallons that registered through the water meter during the billing of 9/25/to 10/17/and because you are the account holder whom requested the service you are responsible for the usageWe had water on at meter when your requested the service and if you had low water pressure when you moved in and the landlord had a plumber out and fixed the problem then it sounds like the problem was internal. Due to the water registering through the water meter we are not able to give an adjustment to your billIf you have any further questions or concerns you are welcome to contact our office at 281-367-5511. Good Morning,Mrs*** submitted a request to have water/sewer service under her name for the property address of *** *** **as of 9/25/We had a read taken from the water meter at therefore we started her of with that read and turned on the water to the meterWe would not be able
to explain how the water was used but it went through the water meter during the time billedWhen we went out to read the water meter as of 10/17/the read was at Mrs*** was billed for the thousand gallons because she requested the serviceIf Mrs*** moved in 10/14/and stated she had low water pressure and contacted her landlord who had a plumber go outWhat was the outcome? What did the plumber find? Did the plumber make any repairs? What if most of the usage was due a water leak that was repaired? Did the landlord have the irrigation running during that time? There could be different type of scenarios that could have happenedThe fact is the water registered through the water meterWe had an operator out to confirm the read of the meter to the property and came back correspondingBased on the findings we cannot provide an adjustment to the billMrs*** can certainly communicate with her landlord to ask if they know of anyone who could of used the water during that time. If Mrs*** would like to discuss this matter further she can certainly contact our office at 281-367-and ask to speak with a supervisor. Thank you,Harris County MUD #

Y'all are crooks!!! Y'all get away with it because I can't pick who I can get services through!! But I bet y'all won't get me againI will checking my meter myself!!

I have been here a month washed all clothes. I have used only around 3,000 gallons. They full of it.

I don't need any tips. Like I said you guys are wrong. I been here two months almost three. My bills now have been normal. Using only around 2-3,000 gals of water. These people are frauds!!

Good Afternoon, We regret we were unable to resolve the matter to Mrs. [redacted] satisfaction. We feel the proper protocol was followed through before we billed her the usage. If at any point there would of been an error on our end then we would of gladly taken care of it but unfortunately that was not the case.
