Review: I started using Green Mountain Recycling in the first quarter of 2014. Green Mountain dropped off (3) 4' x 6' bins and (2) 55-gallon drums for our metal recycling. They would pick up the recycling when I called them that the bins and drums were filled. [redacted] from Green Mountain Recycling would drop off empty bins and take the full bins to their recycling business to weigh out and usually within 2-3 weeks drop off cash to us for the recycling. The receipts I received did not itemize what we were getting paid for and when I questioned [redacted] in February regarding money received in January it was determined they still owed us a couple of hundred dollars. On 2/11/15 [redacted] came to our office to give us additional money and we went over the figures and both agreed I was still owed an additional $42.00. The next week I contacted [redacted] and informed him I found another recycling company who would be recycling our materials. I asked him to please remove their bins and drums which had recycling material in them. I was told they would have the metals weighed and give us the money owed on those bins and the additional $42.00. To date I have left at least 7 messages on the work phone with no response. The cell phone voice mail is full and will not accept messages. When I confronted [redacted] today (when I noticed him delivering bins across the street from our business) I was told he only handles pick ups and deliveries now and not with account management. He could not offer me any explanation or assistance. We are owed at least $250.00 for the materials they took off our property.Desired Settlement: I would like an itemized statement of the weight of each of the materials they took from us and payment due to us.
