Review: Delivery was almost a month a late. They picked up our move 7/*/2015 and did not deliver it until 8/**/2015. They promised it would be there by the end of July at the latest. They had a maximum of 21 business days or we were promised compensation. During this time we were calling them almost daily with no answer, no return phone call or a pick up saying they would call us back and then never call us back. The few times we would talk to them they would state it is coming, it will be there in a few days. This went on for weeks. Then at the end of July they stated their truck broke down in Colorado. Even if this truck hadn't "Broken" down, our stuff would have still been delayed and it just seemed convienent. When the moving truck finally arrived, they stated they would not be able to pull the truck up to the apartment and that we must pay another $400 to get our things. We got permission from the property manager for them to bring the truck back and have seen multiple other trucks of this size on the property. They completely scammed us. We were so frustrated at this point that we paid just so we could receive our things. The manager of the company, Jay, stated he would split this $400 with us, which he did. He told us to send pictures of the apartment and he would get us refunded because this should have never happened. We sent pictures and was not refunded. After calling and texting he stated he would refund us $400 but nothing more. I had to buy new work clothes, kitchen stuff and a bed to sleep on because it was so delayed. We were not asking them to refund our whole move just make it right and refund us for the cost of what he had to buy and the time that we had to spend receiving the move because we had to miss work, which we wouldn't have had to do if it was on time. We contracted this company through [redacted], who is unwilling to help make this right.Desired Settlement: Refund part of the move 1377.79 paid at time of delivery
