Misleading advertising on a sample that made me critically ill. Now they are sending unauthorized product and charged my credit card $89.
The Keto product includes a cleanse product that created extensive issues and almost required emergency room This product should also be looked at by FDA. I called three times and left a message for a call back and now getting an unauthorized $89 dollar charge for two bottles I never requested or a subsciption that was not authorized. I finally got a "live representative" on February 12th and after demanding supervisor - they said they would refund less $19 and to ship the product back to 10121 East Adamo Drive - Tampa Florida 33619. Instead - they sent an e-mail for a $35 credit and asking me to pay shipping on product that was not authorized. They used my credit card from the previous sample purchase. Phone number is 844-431-1685. Website is *** but my computer security notes it as a malicious site.
I am seeking an $89 credit on my Sams Club Mastercard account as I did not request this product and made several attempts after purchasing sample to alert them of significant product issues. Any presumed "subscription" on their part should be discontinued.
Misleading advertising lead me to purchase the product. No reference to terms and conditions showed at any time. Charged for freeproduct 89.00x2.
89.xx times two charged for product that should have been for free save for shipping and handling. I paid shipping and handling on March 22nd and was charged for the same product a second time April 8,2019.
Misleadiang advertising stating freetrial, no terms and conditions showed prior or during the order process, and bad business practice. When I called they said "nothing is free". "you were charged for a product that you already received and no additional product is on the way."
I want a full refund for product other than the agreed upon other than the shipping and handling which I already paid on March 22nd. This is in compliance with the what their advertising originally promoted for the consumer.
As per previously conned individuals, I also purchased a free trial of Garcinia Cambogia and Green Coffee Bean Extract on September 3, 2017 and was charfed $10.90 for shipping and handling. On 9/6/2017 the two tiny bottles were shipped, and I received the 30 day supply on 9/8/2017. I was required to pay for the shipping and handling costs only.
on 9/25/2017 I was charged a total of $$179.76. So I immediately called the merchant to request a refund, They advised me that the trial was only for 14 days and then I was supposed to let them know if I wanted to keep the products, or send them back. I didn't know anything about this and didn't know that I was automatically enrolled into a membership because I didn't contact them.
On the call I was offered a partial refund of $20 and eventually of $40, which I rejected as I wanted to get a full refund of the whole charge. I advised them that I would be disputing those charges with my credit card company, and they told me to go ahead and dispute, but warned that if I disputed, they will no longer offer any refund.
I went ahead with the dispute, and on 11/8/2017, my credit company advised that the merchant had provided back showing that the charges were valid, but that any refund should be coming from the merchant directly, and not through the credit card company.
On 11/15/17 I called back the Green Natural Brands and asked them for a refund again and an RMA number so that I could ship their tiny bottles of non working product back. But they advised that since I had disputed the charges, they would no longer offer any refund and would not allow me to ship the product back, and that I needed to deal with my credit card co instead!... I told green naturals that I needed them to explain this to my credit card company as the dispute was closed. So we got on a 3 way call and green natural did reiterate that since I disputed the charges, I was no longer entitled to a refund (despite the bank having released the funds back to green natural). The customer service lady at Green natural then said that she couldn't help with anything further and said she needed to hang up the phone now. So I was able to prove to my credit card company that they fraudsters will not accept to refund simply because the charges were disputed, which is illegal.
So my credit card company is reopening the case and will investigate further.
This company is such a scam and should not be allowed to do business. They lure folks in with a free trial of a product that doesn't work and hope folks forget to cancel the trial with the 14 day period (eventhough they send you 30 day supply) so that they can charge $90 for a some pills filled with herbs!!!
And they have a very sofisticated dispute department since almost everyone dispute the charges and that's how they make money. not by selling a good product, but by luring you in and taking advantage of loopholes in the consumer market.

Unauthorized deliveries and charges. No way to contact the compan to discontinue.

The customer has called on 11/13/17 to cancel her account. A CSR have cancelled account and provided the customer options: 1.) return unused products with an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization), once we receive products that's the time the refund will be processed or 2.) keep products and receive a refund of $60.00 off of each charge(for products shipped or billed on 11/05/17). The customer opted for option 2 and agreed to get a refund of $60.00 off of each and just keep the products. I was not advised that I could return the
products. I had to beg for a discount on the items, it was not offered.
Advertisement was with Kelly Ann Conway. Could not access this account again. Name change? Also Magic 365 cancelled.
Order Skin Allure cream on an ad highlighting Kelly Ann Conway. This add has been removed when I went back into it to check. Order cream and saw that I had open an unknown account named Magic 365. Called them and they told me that they would cancel my account. I have an email confirming this. Called skin allure and told them that I did not want to continue after my free trial. They told me I had to call back on a certain date. I did this. Was told at this time I had to return unused portion within 30 days of their email of 10/6/2017. I did and have proof it was delivered on 10/20/17. The email also stated that my account was cancelled on 10/6/2017. On 10/23/17 a pending charge of $9.95 from BCMEDIALLC, a direct marketing merchant. Never heard of them. Have cancelled company charge with my credit card company. Noticed today that this company has a new name, etc.
The website that I had was skinallurebrands.com. This site no longer has the ability to order anything just a phone number to call. Would like for this company to be taken down with all their other names also.

Per terms and conditions all used products are non-returnable or refundable once past the 14-day trial period. You called to cancel after trial period ended. The trial started from the time you placed the order on 04/28/17 until 05/15/17. You called on 05/17/17 and a CSR have cancelled your account. Since you have already spoken to and has filed a dispute/chargeback with your bank. Once we, receive a Dispute we are no longer available to process a refund to the customer since our account is frozen with the corresponding customer. The bank is the only one who can call and allow us access to approve a refund or not. I was billed $18.98 for a free trial that I ordered and was only required to pay shipping and handling. After paying, the product was shipped.

I paid online with my debit card and the products were shipped. On Oct. 2, 2017 I was billed $18.98 from Green Naturals Company. I sent an email regarding the charge and the response was to call in person. I called and was told that the trial was only for 14 days and then I was supposed to let them know if I wanted to keep the products, or send them back. I didn't know anything about this. Why would a company offer a free trial for 14 days and send a 30 day supply? I also didn't know that I was automatically enrolled into a membership because I didn't contact them. I just ordered the free trial that they were offering. That is all that I wanted. First, I was told that I could go ahead and send the remaining product back for a refund, and then I was told that I had missed the cut-off date and would have to pay $18.98. I asked the lady that I was talking to if Green Naturals was part of the Revdex.com and she had never heard of it. I think this is a scam and would like to have my $18.98 credited back to my account. I paid the shipping and handling for the free samples, and that is all that I was expected to do.
I would like a refund. I should not owe any money to them. I ordered a free trial, I paid the cost for the free trial and it was shipped.

I accept the response because I did not know that there was a trial period. I was under the assumption that this was a free trial and all I had to pay for was the shipping. I thought that Green Naturals was promoting their product by offering this one-time special deal to the consumer.
