In their response, the company name they listed is incorrect; seems they don't know for sure who they are attempting to bill The customer service telephone number given is bogus; its an individuals cell phone that works for Value City delivering furniture. Called a toll free number that no one answers but a voicemail. Left a message requesting a copy of this "signed" contract. Have not received reply.

Review: I have been notified numerous times by representative stating that I owe them money ( $789.95) for online advertising. I have explained to them that to the best of my knowledge I had not requested their services. How could I owe them money if I have not done business with them. I requested that they send me verification/proof something with my signature to back their claim. The only thing I have received is an invoice faxed to my office. Due to the fact that have yet to send proof, I have refused to pay them. They continue to call and threatening to send it to collection.Desired Settlement: Unless they can provide a contract/agreement with my signature authorizing this service, I expect them to stop billing me.

I received a call from an "unknown number" early this month. The lady asked if I wanted to continue my listing with them. The company name is Green Page Seach.com. The fee is for approx. $810.00. I told her that I don't remember signing up for their services. She said she spoke to me last year and I told her to call back this year. I told her to send me by fax the paper work I wanted to read it......Now she had my address, phone number and the name of my business. She said I received over 13000 reviews on my site. This morning I received a call from [redacted].

Review: IN LATE 2014, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM GREEN PAGE SEARCH STATING THAT IT WAS TIME FOR OUR ONLINE ADVERTISING CONTRACT TO BE RENEWED OR WE COULD CANCEL THE CONTRACT. I TOLD THE PERSON ON THE PHONE THAT WE DON'T ADVERTISE OUR BUSINESS AND THAT WE NEED TO CANCEL ANY CONTRACT THAT HAD BEEN MADE IN THE PAST. SO THEN HE HAD ME STATE MY NAME AND INFORMATION. LATER A BILL WAS SENT IN TO THE OFFICE FOR OVER $700.00. I CALLED THE COMPANY BACK AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE OWNER WHO STATED SHE HAD NOT STARTED ANY CONTRACT FOR ADVERTISEMENT EVER.WHEN I SPOKE WITH THE COMPANY AGAIN THEY STATED THAT I MYSELF HAD STARTED THE CONTRACT IN MAY OF 2013, I THEN SAID REALLY YOU HAVE MY NAME [redacted] DOWN AS STARTING THIS CONTRACT IN 2013, HE STATED YES AS A MATTER OF FACT THEY HAD MY NAME. I REPLIED WITH WELL, THAT'S WEIRD SINCE I STARTED WORKING HERE IN APRIL OF 2014. IMMEDIATELY THE PERSON HUNG UP. I BELIEVED THE ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED WITH NO MORE CONTACT FROM THE COMPANY UNTIL TODAY WHEN A COLLECTION AGENCY CONTACTED ME TO HAVE THIS BILL PAID. Review: Green Page Search has called me continuously stating I owe for on-line advertising which I did not agree to. Last year they called and called and continued to state they had me on a recording agreeing to services, which is not correct and pressured you until you paid as they were threatening us with legal action. They made you feel like you had no other choice but to pay for services you did not agree to. I am getting calls from them again stating I have a contract with them again verbal recording. This time around I am more informed and not going to be pressured into paying. When I asked to listen to the verbal recording they stated they could not go back and get it for me because it was too long ago and the only way is to do it in court. Our company does not advertise and has never advertised nor have we agreed to any advertising. I just want the harassment and the phone calls to stop.Desired Settlement: All I am asking is for them to stop calling and harassing us and sending us invoices that are not legitimate.

Review: We have been receiving phone calls and invoiced by mail and fax stating we owe for on line advertising we never agreed to. They bullied the owner for 2012-2013 "advertising" payment. She was flustered and is older and paid. Also stating she cancelled "services" that we never had. In the last year I have taken over a lot of the business and never dealt with these people until September of 2014 stating we owed again $810.78 for 2013-2014. I spoke with my business owner she recalled paying but said she cancelled. I asked the lady I spoke with to produce any contract with her agreeing or denying service. She said it was a recording and couldn't go back that far unless court ordered. Now I am receiving calls from a Mark D[redacted] saying he works for [redacted]. I have called [redacted] and have gotten no response. Mark stated in the last voicemail that if this matter is resolved it "could" end up in collections and ruin our credit. I'm a little confused as to what business would continue hassling a small business and not just go head and turn them over to collections and be done with it.Desired Settlement: Alls I'm asking if for them to stop calling and sending invoices trying to bully us into paying for services we never requested or agreed to.

Review: I have receiving several phone calls from Green Pages Search regarding an outstanding invoice.. I have never heard of them. I have never done any business with them. They claim to have my name, company's name and all information. All they have is basic information that can be gotten from the phone book. I have asked numerous times to send me copies of any agreements that I have alleged to have signed. They have never sent me anything. Now I have started receiving threatening phone calls from a collections Department regarding this. I feel that this is a money scam, affecting alot of small businesses and that they need to be stopped.Desired Settlement: Want this company to stop contacting me and requesting payments. I'm not paying their bogus invoice for services I never requested from nor have a signed contract stating what I'm to receive, for what time period etc.

Review: Got a call from this company yesterday saying that I owed $800.00 + for services I never agreed for them to do. I got this same call last year and paid them for it before I knew that this was a scam! I cancelled what they say I had with them yesterday in hopes they will leave our company alone. I nor anyone in this company called and asked for their services ever! This company is a Fraud!Desired Settlement: Write off bill-and possible refund of money that was given to them last year!

Review: I was contacted by [redacted] and several others from Green Page Search about collecting money for advertising that I did not sign up for. I have never wanted advertising from a New York company let alone a company from the state I am from which is Iowa.

I am a small time contractor in central Iowa that does construction work on the side when I am not busy with my full time job of farming and my part time job as an EMT at the Marshalltown Hospital. I was first contacted by this company at the beginning of 2014 saying that I owe $789.95 for advertising that they say I signed up for for the previous year of 2013 but would take 20% off if I payed by credit card that moment that I was on the phone with them. I wanted to look into the matter because there was some mistake so I did not pay for the service that day. I don't use any advertising services now and never would even think about using any advertising because I only do construction on the side for people I know and people in close proximity to where I live such as Conrad Iowa and Marshalltown Iowa. Since I did not sign up for the company to advertise for me, I disregarded any messages from them because I thought it was a phone scam. I even blocked their phone number in my phone so they wouldn't bother me. A month or so later on February * 2014 I received a letter in the mail of an invoice to Green Page Search that I owe $789.95 to this company. Upon receiving this email I immediately sent the same invoice back to them with the words I wrote on the paper "Did not sign up, will not pay!" Since then I have been contacted many times by Green Page Search and their accounts receivable department and several other people from the company. They have found a way to call me from different phone numbers other than the one that the company has listed since I blocked it. Most of the time it comes up as NO CALLER ID when they call. I know that the no caller id is them because I have answered the phone a couple times and it has been them. I have also gotten calls from other areas such as San Francisco, Jamaica, and other places in Iowa that I would assume is them trying to get a hold of me. I have never had numbers like this call me ever before Green Page Search has been trying to collect money from me for something that I did not sign up for. I have saved pictures in my phone of times that I have missed calls from this unknown id and other numbers that I do not recognize.

Once this last summer they contacted me wondering why I haven't payed and wanted to find out what is going on and I kindly explained to them that I did not sign up for the advertising and wanted them to stop contacting me. The started out saying that they would close out my account and not continue the subscription that they say that I have with them and discontinue it for next year, but they said I would still have to pay for the previous year but they could discount it. I was not happy when they were still going to charge me for something that I did not sign up for in the first place. I have recently been contacted on December [redacted] 2014 and January [redacted] 2015 by a [redacted] from NRC collections regarding my outstanding balance with Green Page Search. The first time he called in December it was from a New York Phone number of ###-###-#### in which I did not answer so he left me a voice mail and said he was with third party collections, which I kept for my records. The call on January [redacted] was from the same male from NRC collections using an UNKNOWN number as it shows up on my phone which is why I am putting it together that anytime my phone rings as UNKNOWN or NO CALLER ID it is this company trying to collect on something that I do not owe, I also saved this voicemail as well. He told me to call him back at phone number ###-###-#### for [redacted] in which I have not contacted. It is stated by [redacted] that it will be turned into the Credit Bureau at the end of January if I do not call him back.Desired Settlement: I am looking for some resolution for this matter since it is not able to be done by talking reasonably with Green Page Search. The bottom line is that I did not sign up for their advertising and will not pay for what they are saying that I owe them. I am a small construction company in central Iowa and do not need any advertising. Last year and the year previous I only had net total income of around one thousand dollars because I only do construction on the side for people I know that are less than 50 miles from my house. I want Green Page Search to stop contacting me about paying them and I want them to take back the bill that they say that I owe. The cant provide any proof that I signed up for their services. I want the bill to be taken out of collections and away from the credit bureau since I did not sign up for the advertising in the first place.

Review: Green Page Search sent our company a invoice for services I never requested or signed a contract for. Their invoice says the service is for Online Advertising/Web Optimization 2013-2014. I am responsible for all advertising including internet and publications, and I never asked or talked to anyone in this company regarding their service. Have no idea where their service was seen and all the companies I have signed a contract with for a service contacts me monthly with a report of what I'm paying for with current stats, click rates etc. Until today, I had never heard from this company.Desired Settlement: Want this company to stop contacting our company and requesting payments. we're not paying their bogus invoice for services I never requested from nor have a signed contract stating what I'm to receive, for what time period etc.
