I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
Green Path Pharmacy had responded saying that they were helping me pay for my medications ***) when in fact the first three months were paid for using a *** Co-Pay Assistance Card, therefore at no cost to them They did offer to pay pay for month 4, which they paid $of the total $ I was billed for and paid the remaining balance of $and can be proven by bank statements I will reiterate that Green Path Pharmacy stated it was an error on their part, by not communicating with me that my insurance did not work with this particular pharmacy and therefore was not able to give any further assistance to the payment of the medication So, instead of the pharmacy calling me to inform me of this situation so I could make an informative decision on my own, they choose to use the allotted $on the *** card for the three months of medication They also stated they were helping me out the first three months by delivering the medication to my home, instead of waiting weeks for *** Specialty to deliver My comment to this is, what does this have to do with your pharmacy not communicating with me the issues between your pharmacy and my insurance company As for *** Specialty, there policy is to call the customer days before the medication runs out, so it can be reordered and a delivery date is scheduled As for Green Path Pharmacy, it was up to me to call them for a refill Also, Green Path Pharmacy didn't even have the decency to call me to tell me that I would not be able to get a refill, in which I only had pills left for that month I only knew about all of these issues when I called them to refill for my 4th month Green Path's Pharmacy last statement in their response to my complaint was and I quote " All I can say is we are working with the patient to her (help) out in paying for the medication." In response to this statement, I haven't heard from anyone from the pharmacy since the first week in June, I don't see as this communicating or helping in anyway If I am unable to get the amount of charges reversed and returned to my card, then an investigation of this pharmacy needs to take place as to how they run they their business I don't want any other customers to have to go through what I have gone through with there unorthodox way of doing business.

To whom it may concern,In response to the another letter I just received with ID ***, I am writing to you know that we have tried calling Miss *** but she hasn't returned our callAs mentioned earlier we are willing to pay her monthly copays but she will have to let us know whenever she gets a call from specialty pharmacy that her prescription is due for a refillThen at that point she can give us a number to call them and pay for it like we did the first monthThere is no way possible for us to know when her script is due so I would appreciate it if she lets us knowPlease kindly tell her to call us.ThanksGreenpath Pharmacy

1. After reading patients complaint we are actually helping her by paying for her meds every month. We did pay for it already 1 time and we have told her we will take this month by month and take care of it2. The first 3 months we were actually helping her out by delivering medication to her door...

instead of waiting for 2 weeks to get from specialty pharmacy. She was actually also notified by her specialty pharmacy that she was suppose to get this from [redacted].All I can say is we are working with the patient to her out in paying for the medicine.Thanking you in advance.RegardsGreenpath Pharmacy
