done.. We screen and train and keep the best employees so we can trust that they are doing what they say they are doing. We've never had this complaint with the technician that came out to your home. In fact, most customers love having him service their home. Also, there usually isn't an odor that lingers after our service, with the only exception being the organic treatment (which you had) and even then it only lasts a few minutes before it dissipates. With all of this being said, we are going to waive the balance of the service in question so you won't owe us anything. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused.
