We are terribly sorry for the misunderstanding. This client is one of our best clients and our offices were moving for the week she was trying to get through and we had telephone difficulties. Cadence had already contacted the client before this complaint was submitted. This issue was therefore...

This job was a bat mitigation and in the process the [redacted] wanted new metal on their roof. They had a pre existing leak that was not covered with their insurance and the flashing was not included in their contract. They were repeatedly made aware that we would not replace this flashing without...

charging for it so they withheld the $500 to have someone else do it. Our contract states that we will not warranty anyone else's work nor will they get a warranty unless the project is paid in full. We did not place a lien on the property despite the unpaid balance. We will be happy to warranty our work once the contract is paid in full. I have all correspondence and the original contract. In addition we discounted the job so that they could afford the original mitigation and still have not been paid on our contract.
