I don't often do this sort of thing, but I have recently had a good experience with Green Planet Home ServicesAfter calling about a billing dispute, they gave me the benefit of the doubt and made the situation rightThey did not have to do it, as it was a misunderstanding that I had about a contract I had already signedThis act of goodwill went a long way in my eyes and I have gained a lot of respect for them as a customer service based organizationI am glad I changed my service to them and I encourage others to do the sameThey found a way to save me money on my hot water tank rentalThank you for reading my post, I certainly hope you have the same kind of experience that I just did

We had a furnace installed a few years ago with Green Planet We were told at the time that we were due for a upgrade on our furnace and that we would have to only pay a monthly fee We just sold our house and found out that there is a lean against our property for $ [redacted] They pretty much told us what we wanted to hear in order to get the sale They even took our old furnace and sold it for the metal The problem is that our house is closing in week and we need to pay this in order to get the keys My husband called to speak to them about this matter and we were told that we were legally bound to the contract [redacted] and now we are stuck with a lean against us for $ Basically our hands are tied...we have to pay or else we won't be able to close the sale of our home I have never had a lean against me...perfect credit $is a lot of money
