hours prior to the scheduled move date and that a cancelation fee of $would be applied should cancelation occur after the moving team had arrived at the move out location*** *** signed the estimate agreeing to and accepting the terms contained within.On the date of service after the moving team arrived at the move out site, *** *** advised she was not ready and asked to reschedule the date of serviceAt *** ***'s request Green Planet Movers rescheduled the date of service and also agreed to waive half of the cancelation feeSix days later another Green Planet Moving team was dispatched and arrived at *** ***'s residence but now *** *** was unable or unwilling to pay for the services she had reservedSince *** *** canceled service for the second time after the team had arrived on site, the full cancelation fee was appliedGreen Planet Movers provided a moving estimate in good faith based upon information *** *** provided to the sales associateThe signed moving estimate contained the carrier cancelation policyUnfortunately *** *** twice canceled service after the moving crew had arrived at the pickup location and is not entitled to a refund of the cancelation feeThank You

The company send a crew in the the 5th and never send any other crew after that. The company said the moving will cost me in total $560. When the crew came, they said it will cost me $1300. When I disagreed they decided to charge me $500 for cancelation, which I never authorized. Also, they charg me $150 the deposits. I communicated with many employees in the company, all of them called themselves managers, they agreed to return the cancellation fee to me. Never happened. Until finally one of them said we will cancel it if you do the moving with us, and he gave me reduced price. When I called him to decide the moving date, he changed all the prices and didn't cancel the cancellation fee because the owner didn't want that. Also, the told the owner will sue me if I ever put any bad rating about them in the Internet.

Tell us why here...I am somewhat bewildered by these accusations. Per our records we dispatch the crew to your location on June 5th and June 10th.  Per our records, we indicated to you in advance that cancellation fee is non-refundable and that no one from our office said that they would refunded it to you. Your location is about 2 hours away from us and we sent you the crew twice as a sign of good faith. In addition, we even offered to refund half of the cancellation fee so we could complete your move. When we sent the crew the second time, you decided not to allow them to complete the move.
