Review: On November 9, 2013 I met with [redacted] doing business as Green Planet Pest Management. I paid $2,606 to have my home power-sprayed for termites and for in ground termite traps to be installed and baited. In addition I agreed to one year of service and was told he would be back monthly to reapply pest control substances. He returned on November 14 and installed 4 traps . 13 were called for in his proposal. He left. I contacted him a week later and was told he "broke his drill" and was waiting for a part. As of January 23, 2014 he has not yet returned. Very poor service. I have received excuses but no action. I requested a refund and he no longer even responds to my e-mails.Desired Settlement: Refund $2,606.
