The Complaintant is unknown to us. We keep meticulous correspondence with all our customers and investors. Her name, phone number, email address and any written correspondence is not found among any correspondence or records we have. We have not heard anything from her, ever.
My suspicion is that she is using your system to scam us, to extort money from us without just cause because she recognizes the nuisance and potential damage to our business reputation she can cause by filing such a complaint, even if under pretenses.If has she any evidence of her valuable claim against us let her produce it to you: a bank record, an email, a cancelled check, a document.Frankly, I'm surprised that your organization would forward such a complaint to us without having done the least amount of work to verify the validity of her complaint.Rod S*CEOGreen PolkaDot Box
