apologize for any inconvenience this misunderstanding may have caused the customer, I do believe the issue was a miscommunication. -The golf rates on weekend and holidays include a cart from opening until 2:59pm and carts are mandatory until 2:59pm during this prime time. This mandatory cart policy is to insure a consistent and desired pace of play during prime time for all customers on the course. Our policy also requires the operator of the cart to be over the age of 16 and also have a valid drivers license if they are under 18 years old. I truly believe there was a misunderstanding between the customer and the staff member who took the tee time by phonc. I also feel our staff did what they could to get the customer out on the course playing golf.Since the customer was a youth and under the age of 16 we are going to provide them with a voucher to play the course again for free anytime. I am also including an additional voucher that will be valid weekdays walking for 18 holes.President, Green Pond Country Club
