I recently had to get rid of my dog and wanted to clean my carpet to try and get the dog smell and spots out of my carpet I decided that I would try a new company in my area and went with Green restorationI found their information while searching online I thought their prices were very reasonable so I called them and my appointment was scheduled right away The carpet guy showed up on time, he was polite and professionalHe did not waste anytime getting to workHe pre-treated my carpet to get out some tough stains I hadBy the time he was finished my carpet looked brand newI didn't even want to walk on itI was very satisfied with their serviceThe whole process was easy from the beginning to the end and I will most definitely use their service again

Last Thursday we had water damage in our basement that I came home and Realized that there is inches of water on the floor.Green restoration reacted immediately.They were removing water in minutes after I hanged up the phoneI highly recommend green restoration for any water damage jobsThanks!

We are happy to refund the money and apologize for the situationWe regret the causing any inconvenienceThe day we dropped off the carpets we attempted to refund the card so we were unaware that the charge still remainedWe have contacted the company that processes our cards to see why the
request did not go throughWe'd be happy to alternatively send a check for the amount and will compensate the customer further for their trouble by sending them a check in the amount of $since we cannot currently provide the service free of charge due to issues with our equipment. An excellent experience! From the moment I talked to the customer service agent at Go Green Restoration about our appointment to them arriving to our home. Everything went according to plan. They told me what I needed and what they were planning to do to get rid of the mold in my home. The technician was just the best. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the extra time explaining all of the processes and procedures that he went through. One of the best mold remediation companies out there.
