She agreed to this repair and the work was done and she was not chargedThe next time I heard from this customer was May 1st She stated her car would not start and went to pick it up with my wrecker at no charge.No work was done on the catalytic converter at allOn or about May 9th 2016, customer was told that the engine had been hot at some time and the rings were burned out of itAt that time Greenriver Automotive told customer that if she found the motor, that we would install it for freeThat is an $plus valueAny and all work done by this shop is still intact and in no way contributed to causing the motor to overheat causing the rings to collapseThat's a separate issue from anything we did to her car.On that same day she was told she could pick up her car and that there was nothing more we could do for that engineShe did and apparently it broke down on her again at which time we picked it up again, The car sat here until November 13th when I called her to pick it up since she had not given us an answer on the new motorIf she didn't pick it up was going to have to start charging storageI might add that she rolled her car off my lot after she was told there was a storage fee.She has known that the motor needed replaced for quite a whileAs stated above, offered to put the motor in for free but apparently she has chosen not to go that routeI have done everything possible to help this person but sometime while it was in her possession it got hot causing the rings to collapse causing the engine to have zero compression, in other words she blew it up.Attached are all the invoices done on this particular vehicle:I remain,*** ***Owner###-###-####12/02/

To whom it may concern,
I[redacted] did the following for this customer. I did replace her timing belt and told her to drive it over the weekend. When I received the car back it needed plugs. She agreed to this repair and the work was done and she was not charged
The next time I heard from this customer was May 1st 2016. She stated her car would not start and went to pick it up with my wrecker at no charge.
No work was done on the catalytic converter at all. On or about May 9th 2016, customer was told that the engine had been hot at some time and the rings were burned out of it. At that time Greenriver Automotive told customer that if she found the motor, that we would install it for free. That is an $800 plus value. Any and all work done by this shop is still intact and in no way contributed to causing the motor to overheat causing the rings to collapse. That's a separate issue from anything we did to her car.
