Dear Revdex.com, this is the first contact we have had from Ms. [redacted] pertaining to the saddle. She has left positive feedback on [redacted] stating "Saddle is nice for the price....would have liked more description though". I can provide a screenshot from [redacted] or a link to the feedback page if needed. Ms. [redacted] is welcome to return the saddle for any reason for a full refund. The additional $50 she paid on delivery was taxes / duty owed to her government for importing an item from the USA. We do not have any control over taxes or duty. If the saddle has been used and is broken or defective in any way, it is covered by the manufacturer warranty and we will be glad to facilitate any warranty replacement or repair with [redacted]. Regarding the halter in question. When she contacted us to let us know she had not received the item, we did offer a full refund and a free replacement item for the trouble. We issued a full refund and shipped a replacement out to her via usps first class mail. Thank you for your consideration, [redacted], Green River Discount Tack
