Green Roof Designs has a original bundle contract for roof, windows and a patio which he received a packaged dealCustomer then changed his mind a couple weeks later after Green Roof Designs had already ordered all the material to be
installed, customer now just wanted his roof doneWe could no longer keep him at a bundle amount deal because he no longer wanted two of the three products on the contractGreen Roof Designs as any other company has a cancellation policy, we went ahead and waived that cancellation feeWe did end up doing just the roof, of course all the numbers will change from original bundle contract that he wantedAs far as rebates we provided Mr*** all paperwork that he himself needed to fill out and submit, we were in constant communication with customerWe received payment from the *** Program because that who financed his project and they were also involved in this case if you have any questions you can contact *** Program and they will gladly provide information on this project

They are not telling the full storyThey didn't "waive" the cancellation policyThey didn't have a choice because their employee, the sales person ***, gave information/quotesBecause of her quotes (which I have emails to verify), I cancelled the other projects, in other words, they had no choice but to cancel because it was their errorShe never mentioned at anytime nor is there any documentation saying it was a bundle priceShe told me the roof was 14,before we ever discussed the other two projectsIn regards to sending me rebate issue, that's not accurateShe promised me a rebate for that roof before any of the other two items were even mentionedAfter requesting the rebate info over and over, ***, finally called me and said there was never any such rebate, he said the rebate only came with more projects, which by the way contradicts what they are now saying in their responseI never received rebate paperworkSo if now their story is changing yet again that their is a rebate, can they please send me the info again so I can get the rebate, after all, if they tried sending it before, that shouldn't be a problem, right? Im kinda confused that *** said I wouldn't be getting a rebate, and now they are saying they send rebate infoPerhaps they forgot to talk before sending this responseYes, they were paid through ***, I had no choice because *** said they were in process of putting a lien on my house because I was taking to much time in seeking legal councilI told them and *** that I was signing under protestAnd lastly, *** *** paid them towards my roof which should have made the final cost lower, should have been 11,XXX-XX,when you include the portion *** *** paid for, but GRD still charged me for the whole roof as indicated on the initial *** contract quote and as indicated from their Foreman *** *** (text message included in February documents I sent you)Hopefully you can see that their story just isn't adding up

Another point that grd has not answered is the double chargingThey charged me for the entire roof (proof of this is the initial invoice from heroand text message from the supervisor, not to mention the very high price for only a little more than half the roof)But *** *** paid them for the portion of roof that the panels were being installed (I have receipts of this as well)So grd got double paid
