Hello,
Attached is a copy of a refund agreement signed by Mr*** and acknowledging my obligation to issue his refund no later than October 25th,
Mr*** signed the agreement via DocuSign on September 17th
Mr*** has since grown impatient
and appears to be attempting to damage my brand, out of anger, by filing this complaint with the Revdex.com
In his original communication to me, Mr*** CC'd an Oregon attorney named *** ***Mr*** later told me that he had in fact not consulted Mr*** or actually CC'd Mr*** his cancellation letter to me, as his cancellation letter indicates
I have not received any communication from Mr*** attorney regarding this matter
The cancellation terms of our agreement are pasted belowMr*** day notice of cancellation was dated August 25th, and, based on the terms of our agreement, became effective on September 25th I agreed to issue his refund within days of his effective cancellation date and Mr*** accepted those terms
"Term & Termination. This Agreement shall commence upon receipt of initial payment of $2,from COMPANY. Either party may terminate this agreement with days written notice, per Section of this agreement."
"Notices. Any notices required or permitted by this Agreement shall be deemed given if sent by certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested or by a recognized overnight delivery service such as FedEx: If to COMPANY: *** ***, *** *** ***, *** ** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** ***.
