I purchased some skin care items online back in late May or early June of 2018. Upon receipt of the product I immediately called the customer service number and cancelled any future shipments. I received a cancellation email so I thought that was the end of it. I kept the email for a couple of months and then deleted it sometime in late September or early October. On October 9th there was an $89.99 debit to my bank account for PrincessEye.com. I called the customer service number on October 10th and was told that the person who put in the cancellation did it incorrectly and that they would put through a refund. It is now December 13th and I have still not received my refund. I have called the customer service number more than half a dozen times and each time I get a different excuse - they changed call centers and my information was lost, a refund takes up to 30 days, there was a system error. I was told by one customer service rep that they could not give out any information about their headquarters but one did say they were located in Colorado. I have not be able to get the name or number of anyone other than a supervisor named Aleshia at the call center. I spoke to Aleshia on 11/29 and she told me she would submit it again and that someone would call me in 24 hours and the refund would take between 5 and 7 business days. I waited 8 business days and called Aleshia back on Tuesday, 12/18 and she said there was a system error and she would send it again. I started asking for a phone number or name of someone else that I could talk to I asked her if she would not give me a name or number would she please call and follow up to make sure that my refund was being processed and she told me that she can only communicate with them by email. I asked her what kind of business is this that takes over three months to process a refund. She told me she was done talking to me and hung up. I have been very patient and have followed up according to their timeframes with no satisfaction.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like my $89.99 refunded back to my card. I have done everything I needed to do by cancelled my order within the time frame specified but this company has not done their part and refunded my money when they said they would and now they hang up on me when I start asking to speak to someone above Aleshia that could possibly get this issue resolved.

I am unable to read the explanation from the business. I have tried emailing them on a daily basis asking that someone respond back to me with no response at all. Whatever their explanation is, I did not receive additional product from them when I was charged $89.99 on October 9, 2017 and I have not received a refund from them for that charge as of today, 2/22/19.
