We had an amazing experience with Green Scene Home Inspection They sent out two inspectors (James and Dennis) and got the job done quickly During the review period at the end of their inspection, both of them went over everything in detail They took their time answering all of my questions as well The report and video were also very professional A few days later when I had some questions about the inspection, it was easy to get in touch with them (since they handed out their cell phone number)When we handed the report to our realtor, she was amazed at the detail in their report, saying it was the best home inspection she has seen! Thanks again I'll definitely be using them with our next home and recommend them to everyone

This was a very detail oriented and thorough report. A little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for in that industry. Dennis was very punctual and answered all of our questions. The video presentation at the end was very helpful especially when looking back at the items we would like to address eventually after the sale.

I loved Green Scene Home Inspections. Clayton spent hours inspecting my small condo; they were available immediately when I needed them but flexible with my schedule; they walked me through every single thing they saw, both good and bad; and they recorded the session so I could reference it later if I needed it. Everything they did was to 1) make sure I understood everything about the existing condo and 2) help me go forward with my purchase with every possible piece of information and help they could provide, like next steps on how to address the issues that came up in the inspection. As a first time buyer, that was extremely helpful to me. I'll definitely use them again on any property purchase in the future.
