I did not receive the complaint
until the 14th as I was away on vacation.The way I read the information you sent me I have days from receipt of the notice. The reason you did not get a response to the first notice was we were away. First I need to confirm I have this week to get you the reply. I sincerely hope I have the time as this person has been adamant at trying to cause me trouble and told me he would do so in as many different ways as possible. He has already done everything else including trying to stop his credit card payment. His own credit card company did a complete investigation, almost identical to the Revdex.com, and I was found to had done no wrong and he was not allowed to withhold payment. I will enclose that information with my rebuttal to his complaintIn my years in business owning Green Scene and as a law county law enforcement officer I rarely see such determination to do harm. He is angry we will not fix the problems associated with his complete disregard to our full instructions to what was his responsibility in watering the seeding. He not only signed the instruction document stating he understood his responsibility but also signed a VERY CLEAR document stating he understood and agreed there was absolutely NO Guarantee to the outcome because we do not control the necessary watering. We use State Certified Live seed for this very reason. The state certifies the seed is 100% living seed meaning IF it is watered correctly it will grow. We have pictures proving we seeded it and after seeding found his sprinkler system was very poorly designed. I told him he WOULD have a problem because the sprinkler coverage was extremely incorrect. There is of course much more.I can prove Green Scene has done no wrong if given the opportunity. Please confirm I have the time to respond and if this email address is where I would send it.
