Mr. [redacted] submitted the transaction 5 times with the incorrect zip code, followed by 1 time with the correct zip code. The first 5 attempts passed pre-authorization but then declined due to an AVS mismatch with the zip code. He used [redacted] on the first 5 attempts, then [redacted] on the successful...

attempt. See attachment from [redacted] listing all 5 declined transactions with full details. The declined per-authorizations will credit back to his account, but this is managed by his own banking institution and has nothing to do with our system. He should understand our system did not arbitrarily charge him 5 times as claimed, the issue was due to his own repeated attempts to use the incorrect zip code.

Review: I have ordered on june 9th a software named [redacted] which is supposed to work with a serial number. In spite of numerous emails and phone calls, I'm still waiting for the active serial number which will permit a use of this software.Desired Settlement: If the firm can't give me a valid serial number, I ask for a full refund of the order : 299 $

Review: I placed an order online with this company Order#: 25124 over a week ago.

Since then I have checked into them a bit more and tried the links on their website to contact them but their Facebook and twitter accounts have been deleted, their customer service phone number does not work and they refuse to answer my emails regarding my order.

I have since read many bad reviews online and feel like they are just scamming people taking their money and not shipping the products ordered.Desired Settlement: If they do not ship my complete order immediately I would like my credit card refunded the $543.75 that they charged to it.

Review: I bought 2 green screens with accessories, total cost of €500 in 11th of May 2016. I tried to cancel one of the purchases, because somehow the website didnt' show that the purchase was completed, so I bought again the same product. Ok, I tried to contact by e-mail, and NOTHING! I tried again and again and NOTHING!!! Today I tried the phones and NOTHING! In the website, only says "processing" since I paid for it. The money is no longer in my account, and I still don't have any answer about the products. I DON'T CARE IF CHANGED OWNER, I JUST WANT OR ALL MY MONEY BACK, FROM BOTH PURCHASES OR THE PRODUCTS! If you have a company and sell things, You MUST answer your clients when they need to be answered! I'm really angry about it, and I hope the Green Screen System do something about it.Desired Settlement: I want my €500 (2x 250,68€) back, I don't want do business anymore with the Green Screen Systems.

Review: On January 27th, 2016, I placed an order with Green Screen Systems.

On February 2nd, I got a confirmation for my items that were shipped along with their tracking number.

I received two boxes, to which I checked to make sure everything was there. Unfortunately, it was not.

On February 18, 20, 24th and March 6th, I emailed the company's email address [redacted] and 'til this day have not heard back from anyone. Including a Fax I sent on March 6th with attached emails with the breakdown of items NOT received.

Green Screen- Essential Pack- Did NOT arriveDesired Settlement: I'd like to receive communication from the company with AT LEAST the reason why those items were not shipped and most importantly, why there has not been any communication.

I'd like for green screen systems to finish the job of sending the missing items and ship them to a different address that I will supply once communication is established.

If this cannot be done, I would at least like a refund for the items missing so I can purchase them elsewhere.

Review: Ordered a green screen that was advertised by weekly newsletter. Have not received for months. Was finally told it was a supplier issue, and would get one with new stock. Received another newsletter advertising the same product a few weeks later. Tried to contact, and no replies or responses. [redacted] page is updated daily, and a few comments were deleted. Which means, there is a person available to answer correspondence. Still have not received my item, and seller has not replied to [redacted] dispute. Apparently this has become a scamming/fraudulent company, that was once one of the best.Desired Settlement: I still want the green screen... all I wanted was a reply to get an update on it. Alas, none was given. So, unfortunately, I have to take drastic measures. Companies have forgotten, the customer is always right. I will accept a full refund of the green screen and shipping that I paid. Really want the screen, however.
