Do not hire under any circumstance. They are too lazy to follow the established routine. The association that that are working for today requires that they put up signs scheduling when and where they'll be trimming trees so that no one parks in those areas. The people working for this company decided they weren't going to follow this procedure, and instead decided they would go around pounding on people's doors and bedroom windows.
