I had Kensington iPad keyboard three yearsIt has a one year warrantyThe charging cord suddenly did not fit in the charging portThey sent me anotherThat did charge this keyboardI was told nonsense that the charging port went defectiveHow does a port go defective from just sitting there and is used rarely? This leaves me with an unchargeable, useless deviceI can understand being out of warranty, but the quality of this product is highly questionable when an extremely rarely used charging port, of all things, suddenly becomes defective
