Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Hello [redacted] , Both HVAC and electrical jobs passed inspectionI'm just waiting for the Green Solar to replace a baseboard where the wall heater was and for them to remove the swamp cooler and patch the holeI received a message from the company that they will be out today, March 22nd, to do it Regards, [redacted]

We just got this complaint via email nothing in the direct mail so as soon as we got we responded We have spoken with our client Mr[redacted] and our scheduled to meet him July 14th, to take care of any issues he may haveIn reference to the additional work that customer wanted /> done is was not written on the original contract and was a misunderstanding among the partiesIn reference to the ground rod - this was mandated by SDG&E and it passed inspection were it is currently locatedThis is a cosmetic issue for the client and we will help move it to a new location if the city inspector allows us toThe client also had a dry wall hole that he wanted patched which was not written on the contract but is some thing we are going to honorLastly is an underground exposed wire for his dog fence that was supposedly spliced into during repairs that was just brought to our attention which we will take a look at when we are there We will take care of the clients issues as we always do and make sure he is 100% satisfied

The job is still incompleteI'm not sure why Green Solar Electric keeps claiming that everything is finished and that the customer is satisfiedThe trash from the project is still in a huge pile in my backyard, the old swamp cooler is still hanging, the electrical and HVAC jobs failed inspection, and although the walls were patched after the electrical was replaced they have not been painted as promised by the companyEarly next month will mark a year that I signed a contract with Green Solar and the job is still pending

Revdex.com:

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed
the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I was told the final inspection for the electrical would take place Friday December 2nd or Monday December 5thNo one showed up or called to cancelI am also still waiting for the HVAC inspection to be completed, for the technician to patch and paint all of the holes he made in my walls to rewire the house, and to haul away the huge trash pile from both the HVAC and electrical projectsI can send pictures if you'd like to see the unfinished work and a link to the Sacramento city website to verify that neither job has been inspected months after I signed on with the Green Solar Electric Solutions.

Left message for customer to call us back today 9/12/since this was the first time we have seen this complaint and she never called our office to talk about the situation
The customer just called back 9/12/at 1:20pm and said she is going to the pool and will call us later at her convenience
when she is able to talk
After speaking with the the technician that was at her home he repaired the work that was original performed by an unlicensed handyman and that is why she had a fire
When she called our company it was to fix the handyman's illegal work (that caused a fire) and get her low voltage Malibu lights up and running again
According to our contract signed by the customer it sates out technician was there for approximately hours which included his time driving to Home Depot to pick up a
part that the customer paid forOur technician disconnected the illegal work that had caught on fire and installed a new transformer and got the Malibu low voltage light
up and working againThe customer was happy with our service signed our contract acceptance of work and paid the $that was agreed upon before the work was
even startedThe customer states that our technician left exposed live wiresThat is completely a statementWe only worked on the low voltage wires and if there were any
old wires that were still exposed from the illegal work she had some one else do before us than we would had disconnected the wires ( if this was even the scenario)
We did not leave any live wires exposed and if the customer see's exposed wires it could be from more illegal more she might have had done or if the wires are in the area were we
worked than than are dead wires that were disconnected have no power at all.
Don't know why this was ever a complaint I don't see where there is an issue besides the customer falsifying info

All issues have been cleared with the client and they are satisfied with the services please go ahead and void this issue Thanks

Left message for customer to call us back today 9/12/14 since this was the first time we have seen this complaint and she never called our office to talk about the situation.
The customer just called back 9/12/14 at 1:20pm and said she is going to the pool and will call us later at her...

convenience when she is able to talk.

According to our contract signed by the customer it sates out technician was there for approximately 2 hours which included his time driving to Home Depot to pick up a
part that the customer paid for. Our technician disconnected the illegal work that had caught on fire and installed a new transformer and got the Malibu low voltage light

We just got this complaint via email nothing in the direct mail so as soon as we got we responded.
We have spoken with our client Mr.[redacted] and our scheduled to meet him July 14th, 2014 to
take care of any issues he may have. In reference to the additional work that customer wanted
/>
done is was not written on the original contract and was a misunderstanding among the
parties. In reference to the ground rod - this was mandated by SDG&E and it passed
inspection were it is currently located. This is a cosmetic issue for the client and we will
help move it to a new location if the city inspector allows us to. The client also had
a dry wall hole that he wanted patched which was not written on the contract but is
some thing we are going to honor. Lastly is an underground exposed wire for his dog
fence that was supposedly spliced into during repairs that was just brought to our attention
which we will take a look at when we are there.
We will take care of the clients issues as we always do and make sure he is 100% satisfied.

This letter is being written in reference to the above complaint. We have finished the electrical job and have final inspection this week. The customer is satisfied with all the work completed. Please void this complaint. Thanks
