Dear ***

our company will only submit *** Application to *** when our customer have choose
us as your solar installation company and signed installation agreement, and
secured deposit (if there is any)
Back on March 2015, *** (*** *** ***) has announced
to request Hawaii PUC (Public Utility Commission) to respond back to their
request about changing the energy credit rate going in to ***'s energy grid to
$per kwh for new future solar customersIt's was on the media and newspaper
Once we heard the new, our company open to allow our
sales representative to accept customer's *** application and submit to
*** without signing any solar purchase agreement, without any commitment to
us
We reach out to all of our client that is currently interested in
solar system, we encourage them to turn in the *** application to get in to the
waiting list, and once application is received by *** and you will lock in to
the current *** rate programAlthough *** changes the rate later, it will not

update letter as proof
You have mentioned when you sell your home or re-roof the house
there will be a problem with the lease programI would like to help you clear
this concernThere is absolutely no problem at allBecause when you sell your
property in the future, the system is 100% transferable to the new property
owner, same way as you own the systemPerhaps you have longer warranty period from
the lease program (year warranty from *** prepaid lease vs year
warranty owning the system) Example when
you sell the house in years if you lease the system, the new property owner
will take over the system with remaining years of service and warranty, and
not to worry about spending additional money on the solar system repair. It will give you and future owner a peace of
mind. When you re-roof the house if you
owning the system you will need to 1) remove the system, 2) repair your roof and
3) reinstall the solar systemIt basically the same as you go with the lease
you may remove and reinstall the systemBut if the solar lease program still didn’t
fit youWe do offer purchase as well
I want to apologize if Eric *** did not handle this whole
transaction properly, or if there is any misunderstanding in betweenIf you allow
me, I would like to assist you from now on and you can reach me if you have any
question or concern. Please feel free to
